They provided me with a lot of relief which I loved. I've had a few family members also try out this location and enjoyed it. However, having said that, it just didn't have the complete 'spa' feeling to it - the aromatherapy, comfortable chairs, music, etc was great but there was alot of light coming through the windows which didn't make it very relaxing.

We will be coming here at least twice a week, the price is really good, and very reasonable for us to be able to afford coming at least twice a week, so please don't change the prices because it's a huge factor! As far as the service goes they were super friendly, not good at speaking English (like at all) but luckily for us there was a Caucasian man there (who massaged me) that was a good translator and very pleasant. He had answered all and any questions I had about the business and how long they've been open(his name is Kevin). He let me know that they are OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK! Including holidays from 10:00 until 11:00pm!! That's HUGE for my family, made us very excited since its hard for us to find something to do in the evenings together. My husband ranted and raved about his massage with Mila, as I see the previous reviewer did as well! Another lady came in wanting a mani-pedi and she said they had no time. I was the only customer in the place! She then went back to her phone. When she did my manicure, she was distracted. The massage felt like it was just one continuous elbow jab for nearly an hour. There was very little variation in pressure or technique, and I spent most of the session tensed up, with a furrowed brow, just waiting for it to be over. It wasn't just uncomfortable, it was painful in a way that didn't feel beneficial. I kept hoping it would ease up or shift into something more balanced, but it never did. Everyone was polite and the space seemed clean, but sadly, the actual massage left me feeling worse than when I walked in. I know others have had great experiences here, but this one just wasn't for me.

There are a lot of Big Feet locations but my friend and I met up around this area and decided to add on a massage after dinner. We chose Reflexology and it reminded me of the foot massages back in Thailand. The seats were very comfortable and you can ask for a pillow to relax your head. Reflexology Foot Massage $43 / 50 minutes Tip: Wear loose pants so can easily roll up.
