It's been a few weeks now since Esteban and his excellent crew at Big E masonry finished my front entry and courtyard with paver stones, and my side walkway and back patio area in stamped concrete. I kept telling myself don't forget to give them a review because they deserve a minimum of 5 stars! Can I give them 10 stars? Big E masonry was easy to communicate with, from Lily in the office who is always on top of things, to the man himself Big Esteban and his entire crew who were all easy to work with. Esteban, gave me a very competitive bid, but he did something else, something more unusual in todays world: He delivered a great product on schedule and without drama. he was flexible as the job progressed to make small changes and gave great advice to help me navigate the process. Big E Masonry helped build up an existing cinderblock wall that separated our neighbor's house from ours. We primarily communicated with Luis via text who was very responsive to our texts throughout the process. Estimates were provided in a timely manner and the pricing was affordable and competitive. We paid approximately $5,000 for our project. BIG E and his great team finished our landscaping project this past month. Their work is excellent, always on time every day and left the areas clean. They turned an entire backyard into a beautiful place to relax and enjoy from pavers to small sitting wall around the garden to grass and all the planting, sprinklers and lights. Best service out there is my personal opinion they are quick fast and efficient the company knows its stuff

One of the best contractors I have hired! He calls you back, follows up, pulls permits, and has a good crew of workers. And his quote was right in line with another big paver company. What else can you ask for?!! We decided to re-do the entire front yard since the bobcat tore up our front lawn when we had our pool put in last year. So, we decided to have our concrete driveway and walkways torn up and replaced with decorative pavers. We put decorative stone veneers on the walls, right below the windows, and replaced the fake brick pillars around the garage door. We had a short retaining wall put up where our front slope use to be, and took out the tree stump and leveled out the ground. It was a big process, but they kept us informed and cleaned up everyday before they left. It was nice to have a good crew like Esteban, Jr., Gio, Marco, and everyone else. Oh, and they subcontracted an artificial grass company, Lawn Kings, which had a great crew of five guys installing the front turf. Thanks, Steve! Of course, nothing's going to be perfect... like a few broken sprinkler pipes, bricks and trash left in the new front flower bed, spilt mortar mix on the new pavers, some uneven veneer stones, etc. etc. But this is still minor from the various crews we had working on our pool last year for 4 months. And it took them a little while to pick up their sign out front. Overall, this is one good company I would recommend!!! read more

Excited to post a review for the recent work we had done. We have 2 large female dogs who love to destroy grass and play in the mud! We decided to extend our pavers, and lessen the grass area to just enough for them to use, and allow us to still maintain, keep clean and presentable. Big E Masonary did a great job!! Employees were reliable, always on time, cleaned up after themselves, and if we had issues, or a question it was answered/ fixed immediately. If I could give Big E Masonry 10 stars, I would! We own a small house on a small lot and needed to maximize our outdoor space. We had a hillside on one side and had them take out the hillside and expand our side yard as well as our driveway. We removed our driveway and had pavers put in the driveway and walkway. Our old fence was falling down so they did a block wall for us. Every day I was impressed by how much they accomplished and how well it was done. I never felt that time was being wasted, and everyone was always working hard to get the job done. Esteban and his son went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted, and I don't think I expected it to look so great!! We wanted to re-do our backyard and for some that is very expensive process. We wanted to find a way to get it done cheaper. We hired a friend of a friend who said "Sure, concrete? We can pour that!" One of the dumbest things we have ever done. The concrete job he did was terrible. We had him remove and we looked elsewhere. We found Big E and he was the complete opposite! Super professional, prompt, and yes he was more expensive then the friend of a friend but he is worth it. Also, he is licensed and accountable for any mistakes. The other guy tried to charge us extra for his mistake saying that we should pay for them having to remove the concrete!!!! If you don't care about your home and just want a sub par job done on some concrete work I know another guy and he can screw it up for you. However, if you want a job that is done beautifully, on-time, reasonably priced, and with great care of your home than Big E is the company for you. We are already talking about future jobs that need to get taken care of at the home. I wish I could give higher stars. I wish I had more money to give him so he could make all the changes I want right now. If I did it wouldn't even be a second thought. Big E will be our concrete guy from now on. read more

I was referred to Big E Masonry by a few people from my church. I could not be happier with their professionalism and quality of work. I had them build a 50' retaining wall in my backyard as a planter. The quote was on the cheaper end of what I had been quoted by other contractors. They said the job would take 3 days. Each morning they showed up at 0730 and started in. They stopped working around 5. Within an hour of day 1, I was glad I hired them. What they got done in an hour would have taken me days.The crew worked hard throughout the day and finished in 2 days. They even hooked up sprinklers and added a drain from the planter to my existing drain - something I did not pay for and would not have expected. I had a side yard concrete project and based on a recommendation by a neighbor along with excellent reviews had Esteban give me a quote which was competitive. Anyway, I was fortunate that their schedule allowed for a quick start date. The side yard was prepped and concrete poured the same day. The workers were very professional and the job was done very well. In conjunction with the concrete project, I had drainage pipes reconfigured and some sprinkler heads capped.
