They have a script and don't go beyond that. I was charged 3 auto-pays on 6/23/26, when I called they wouldn't escalate to investigate. I had to argue and press for them to escalate. Called my bank to verify and file a complaint with them for return of money. it takes 10 days for it to be returned. Called Claro again to cancel auto-pay and they said it takes 30 days to stop it, by then the next payment will be charged again. It was a terrible experience. I don't think it's worth the aggravation just to save a few bucks. Not sure now how to deal with this company, need a new Internet provider.

I have called several days every month ever since January, and they still aren't competent enough to void the bill, and finally leave me alone! Supervisors that were supposed to call back, never did. There is no contract. Naicom has a basic service of $30/month that gives you a mix of over 50 local and international channels, of which many are in Spanish. Naicom also offers $70 and $100 packages (with the $100 version giving you HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, etc.), though with those prices, you're getting into Liberty price ranges.
