Claro Puerto Rico - I'm paying for 300 and I'm getting 146. But they say fiber optic does fail.

They offered several discounts for seniors and 6 months in no discounts as promised, even though I did the paperwork 3 times, even went to their main office to turn in said documents. They have a script and don't go beyond that. I was charged 3 auto-pays on 6/23/26, when I called they wouldn't escalate to investigate. I had to argue and press for them to escalate. Called my bank to verify and file a complaint with them for return of money. it takes 10 days for it to be returned. Called Claro again to cancel auto-pay and they said it takes 30 days to stop it, by then the next payment will be charged again. It was a terrible experience. I don't think it's worth the aggravation just to save a few bucks. Not sure now how to deal with this company, need a new Internet provider.

In 2023 I opened an account for internet service with them, and couldn't wait to cancel it when the 2-year contract was over. The day it was completed, was January 19 so I canceled it that day. The last bill was paid, the modem returned. It is now June 30, and they are STILL sending me bills! I have called several days every month ever since January, and they still aren't competent enough to void the bill, and finally leave me alone! Supervisors that were supposed to call back, never did. When I called, no one that was aware of my case, was available EVER. I wouldn't wonder if I now find the next negative credit entry on my report from them! Absolutely incompetent, unreliable and not trustworthy. I would NOT ever recommend that shitty company to anyone, and if I could give them negative stars, I damn sure would! STAY AWAY FROM CLARO!!!

There is no contract. Naicom has a basic service of $30/month that gives you a mix of over 50 local and international channels, of which many are in Spanish. Naicom also offers $70 and $100 packages (with the $100 version giving you HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, etc.), though with those prices, you're getting into Liberty price ranges. You can see details of Naicom's packages here: https://www.facebook.com/naicomtv/photos/a.2062652333954147.1073741828.1781407192078664/2063441387208575/?type=3&theater I recently purchased a Naicom box at Sam's Club and installed it on my TV. The cable box costs $129.99, which includes a month of the $100 service. The set-up instructions could be better, but it wasn't complicated. The picture quality is good, So far (as of December 27), they still don't have all channels available, though I've been told that this should be remedied by early January. I'll write an update.

I watch movies at 4K on my big screen using Naicom's set top box. Since I have the premium package I have HBO to cover anything missing from their video club.
