My recent experience with them left me frustrated and utterly disappointed. Firstly, let's talk about their customer service. It's as if they have a manual on how to be unhelpful and dismissive. It's evident that proper training in customer service etiquette is non-existent at Metro by T-Mobile. But the cherry on top of this disappointing sundae is their penchant for sneaking in charges without any explanation whatsoever. Upon purchasing a brand new phone, I found myself scratching my head over mysterious fees that seem to pop up out of nowhere. When I tried to get clarification on these charges, I was met with vague responses or outright deflections. The woman tried to tell me that those items were part of a promotion and not refundable. I told her that I did not recall her explaining that to me. She was even pushy trying to sell me a screen protector. Although corporate refunded the charges, I cannot in good conscience recommend Metro By T-Mobile in Ponce, PR. It's beyond frustrating to be treated this way as a paying customer. Metro by T-Mobile needs to realize that transparency and good customer service are not optional extras but essential components of running a successful business. Until they improve in these areas, I'll be taking my hard-earned money elsewhere--and I suggest you do the same.
