Finally he came and didnt tell me I needed" FIBER" told me he would send another guy out and no one ever vcalled me or had any record of this happening Never offered to send someone out when I told a rep. Jordan Acevedo also on chat sucks, rude and doesnt answer any questions, should be reported to supervisor for some retraining oin customer questions and helpful answers. Told me they would transfer after liek 30 minutes of non progressive chatting, and then ended the chat for me to start over. Not to mention took 3 hours for someone to get online to speak english, go figure!

Terrible service. I work from home and a reliable internet service is crucial for me. I finally, called it quits with them and subscribed to another provider. It's been over 4 months and I've had no problems thus far. To top it off, they wanted to charge a $20 " disconnecting" fee.

Ultimately, I stuck with Liberty because their installation happened before 4Net (although Liberty didn't show up two weeks in a row, whereas 4Net generally was more responsive). Again, I can't speak to the speed of 4Net's internet (would love a review from someone who has tried their Internet) since my interactions were mostly with customer service and scheduling installation.
