Además, sin consultarme primero, procesó la devolución como una gift card en lugar de devolverme el dinero al método de pago original. Esto nunca fue autorizado ni discutido conmigo antes de completar la transacción. También intenté devolver una crema completamente nueva y la empleada insistió en que estaba usada, cuando no era cierto. Inicialmente se negó a procesar esa devolución, lo cual creó una situación incómoda, ya que yo sabía que el producto no había sido utilizado. Afortunadamente, la gerente intervino y pudo resolver la situación correctamente, devolviéndome el dinero de la gift card y manejando el asunto de manera mucho más profesional. La experiencia fue frustrante y desagradable. Recomiendo que el personal reciba mejor capacitación sobre las políticas oficiales de devolución y que siempre consulten con el cliente antes de procesar una transacción diferente a lo solicitado.

Came during the week on a Tues and it was not too crowded, which was a welcome treat as I do not like shopping malls at all (nor shopping in general). I really enjoyed this mall, though, as it has a bit of everything including some non USA stores. Mall doesn't look like much from the outside and you cannot tell (at least from our entrance) that it looks like a mall until you get outside. Very clean, upscale, and has something for everyone.

Upon arrival we were immediately greeted, seated, and offered drinks. It felt instantly magical! The interior was beautifully lit with chandeliers, lots of florals, staircase, and even a backdrop with a ring light for photos. They had plenty of cushioned chairs and couches, both comfortable and aesthetic. We ended up taking a couple photos while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. We had a private area reserved for us, away from other guests which made the experience more intimate and intentional. Fran was the one to help us, she is extraordinary!! She quickly made us feel welcomed, excited, and cared for. Her ability to make conversation and still inform us about the process and ensuring individual satisfaction is exceptional. In total we each paid $60 for the experience and the 1.0 fluid ounce bottle of our curated scent, our party of four took over 2 hours. Usually, the process is much quicker but we had such great conversation and took our sweet time adding and changing proportions of each scent. You also get to further personalize your fragrance bottle by naming it, labeling the bottle, and choosing your own color lid. They then give you your bottle in a box, wrapped in tissue paper, and a cute bag. It made it feel like a luxury item, obsessed with the consideration around this company's concept!! To this day, whenever I wear my perfume I always get so many compliments!! I love that it's exactly what I love in perfumes, the musk, sweet citrus, and a balanced creamy smell. I've used it consistently for months and still have half my bottle. The best part is that they build you a profile so if you run out, you can reorder the scent online. Fun experience, practical, and the longevity of the perfume is great. Would highly recommend.

Valeria she was super nice and very good of describing the process to the scents to the making a custom name for your bottle and even better you can make a account where you can order your bottle with the same scents you choose from the store you make it at like you would to refill any perfume you bottle which I thought was a bonus since we are not from here but it is nice that I can have more of my scent in the future. This is a perfect for those that want to try something new or even surprise a special someone who wants that unique touch and of course be able to be in environment where you feel so welcome and to have something to carry with you forever.
