Ultimately, I stuck with Liberty because their installation happened before 4Net (although Liberty didn't show up two weeks in a row, whereas 4Net generally was more responsive). Again, I can't speak to the speed of 4Net's internet (would love a review from someone who has tried their Internet) since my interactions were mostly with customer service and scheduling installation.

Told me they would transfer after liek 30 minutes of non progressive chatting, and then ended the chat for me to start over. I finally, called it quits with them and subscribed to another provider. It's been over 4 months and I've had no problems thus far. To top it off, they wanted to charge a $20 " disconnecting" fee.
