A driver named Bree picked me up at the hospital and made sure that I was comfortable in the vehicle. Her car was clean and the driving was smooth. She's very kind and I appreciated her getting me back home safely. I was fortunate that OSF was able to arrange this transportation for me. Thank you Big Daddy Cabs! read more

I called 1 hour and 10 minutes ago. no one called for 17 minutes so I called again and was told one person was ahead of me. nobody showed up for another 50 minutes so I called again and the lady told me 2 people were ahead of me. I just received a call from a driver. he said he will be here in 15 minutes. I'm upset. I'm still getting a ride though. just disappointed. read more

the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpfu. They need better customer service. I work in customer service and would NEVER talk to potential customers like that read more

The dispatcher. ( C) Is extremely rude with a boo hoo me attitude. She made up some of the stuff and was talking about complaints I've never had a driver anywhere called me out on something and also when the manager (S ) was never told about good calls. He said I never got any but it's kind of funny that I was driving the cab when they called you. Again (c) answered the phone!! She's a very hateful person who obviously does not enjoy her life she needs to leave that stuff at home very negative. You guys are just two-faced also an employee with the first letter b fell and got hurt really bad and I heard you in the back making fun of her and showing where she fell karma will get you God doesn't like ugly read more

Really glad they have branched out to Bloomington. Yes, cab prices can be high, but better that than the complete uncertainty of catching a ride-share (Uber/Lyft). Drivers have been on time (with one minor exception) and very polite, vehicles are clean and don't smell (unlike other cab companies I've dealt with locally). read more

Had a driver that sat for 5 minutes after we got in the car without moving. My husband and I just stared at each other until he finally left. Then, he was smoking a cigarette, when my husband asked if we could smoke, he stated no. What a terrible ride. read more

If you are in a pinch, car breakdown, ride leave you, or in my case, just needing to retrieve my keys....you need to call Big Daddy! I kid you not, I don't usually take cabs, but Shainna at Big Daddy came through like Johnny-on-the-spot. No joke....car locked up, about to get towed ....Daddy came through.....saved me a ton!!!!!! read more

I called them. A lady answered the phone. I asked if they could take me to Chillicothe, IL, for $90.00. The lady say yes. The drive arrives later than the 15 minutes time given, then takes me to Pekins, IL. After talking to him for a bit he does put in the correct address and I did get to Chillicothe, IL, but he charges me $105.00 not including taxes. Never again! read more

Way too expensive it cost me $80 to get home and it's only a few miles definitely will call around and find a more affordable ride next time. I honestly think that they ripped me off!! read more

The driver was the car in front of us, slammed his breaks on out of nowhere and flipped a random U turn in the middle of sterling hill. We narrowly missed hitting him, dude barely noticed or looked twice. I tried to call to report never got a call back. Very, very, unprofessional. read more

Everything about this cab company is great except the extremely rude receptionist. It took the experience from a 5 to a 1 with how bad she was on the phone and her terrible manners. She should be fired in my opinion. read more

Wait times 30 to 45 minutes...if they even answer the phone. .the guy that answers the phone obviously hates his job and is VERY rude! They're too expensive! There's a great, new cab company right down the street....they get there in 1/2 the time...and are extremely nice and helpful! Their phone number is 309.214.4582. ..much better service! Terrible service and customer service. Charged my card for nothing. Worst experience with a cab company.

Polite on the phone, timely and reliable! Ubers are few and far between in Peoria and this was a good alternative.

I was trying to schedule a ride to the airport at 5:30 in the morning and found that the Uber app wouldn't let me book one in advance. I called up Big Daddy Taxi ad the dispatcher was very professional and scheduled a ride for me. Chris was my driver and had called me to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived at my place onetime and the ride to the airport was smooth. It was the typical price for a cab ride. It was around $25 for a 4-5 mile ride. I would use them again. read more

I've been rid with them for a while and never had an issue till today. My groc card accidentally hit the cab door and the driver was upset as if I did it on purpose.I tried to apologize and explain how accidents happen no one is perfect as he ignored till he snaped saying he'd have to pay for damages saying it was all scatched up(it wasnt)at most there was a tiny dent.Yelled tell me to get out of the cab said he was calling the police with his girlfriend apparently on the phone.grabbed my things and threw them out.Im a black woman and he was white man I feel if i looked different he wouldn't have gotten so upset over an accident.I talked to a manager but I feel like i wasn't heard.I wont ride with them again if I can help. This truly broke my heart. read more

I used them twice during my recent trip. Uber isn't a great option due to so few drivers so I tried this cab company. I called from the airport and was picked up in 10 minutes and taken to my hotel. For my flight home I called and arranged a cab the day before my flight for an early morning pick up. Chris was there on time and with a very friendly attitude. I would absolutely use them again. read more

Angie is the greatest driver ever! She is always fun to be around and has a great sense of humor!

I called 3 hours before I needed a cab. I had to work at 9 a.m. and called at 5:45 a.m. to reserve a cab and was reassured it would be there by 8:30 so that I was at work on time. It never showed, at all. Never again!! read more

I just had double surgery 3 days prior. The taxi driver was driving wreckless and their vehicles are in horrible shape! I felt every single little bump in the road. Don't recommend!!! read more

So I had my girlfriend get a cab because I had too many drinks to comfortably pick her up from east Peoria. I had fallen asleep because I work 80 hours a week running my own business and had her taken to my house. She happened to not have enough for the cab but i had plenty of money for it. They arrested her because she was $13 short and wouldn't let her come into the house to get the remainder of the money owed. I piss $13. Just because she wasn't dropped off in the best area in town i feel she was mistreated because she was "ghetto". Be carefull with this company because they don't truly care about the customer. read more

People are really rude, they didn't show up after two hours of waiting. called to see were they where and they very rudely rushed me off the phone. I wouldn't do business with them if it would save the world to do so. read more

I would give this company a zero star if possible... Waited 35 minutes for a ride and instead of taking my group he took two girls who agreed to show their boobs to the driver in place of a tip. Literally the WORST service I have ever received. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. read more

BEWARE DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD. Woke up to a surprise. Ride was ok 6/9 12:30 pm, driver pulled up with a baby kitten in his lap; and WATCHED me pile my groceries in the taxi. Wanted to pay cash, he DID NOT HAVE CHANGE so had charge my card. When I got to my destination he then ASKED did I want to leave a dollar tip. I okayed a DOLLAR tip (drivers ASK for tips now?) THEN; In the same sentence the man said "I'll do a $1.20& help take your bags out". TF I wanted to say "I got them in just fine, no tip". My ride was only $9.20, woke up to a charge of 11.04 on my pending transactions? That's definitely not what I AUTHORIZED. Either I can't add or he's STEALING. It's not about the miniscule amount it's the PRINCIPLE. Don't charge me more than what I verbally agreed to. That man got my card information and charged what he WANTED after I left, BEWARE. I called this morning and their business phone goes straight to voicemail? The man would have gotten more than the authorized "$1.20", had he helped when he arrived, and didn't ask for a tip....P.S I was being generous, taxis drivers these days want a tip but the men drivers will watch you load and unload your groceries. What did you help with? Arrived not on quoted time, didn't open the door. Just sitting. What am I tipping? Never again! read more
