After hearing around…read moretown about this place and driving by a few times over the last several months, I decided to try them out. The atmosphere was very inviting and clean. What a pleasant surprise! We were immediately greeted as though we were old friends, even though we'd never been there before. We went to the counter and I told the gentleman of my new purchase and he thoroughly cleaned it and put a new coil in. While he was doing this, my bf, who also vapes, was talking about some trouble he was having with one of his mods. These gentlemen were VERY knowledgeable and offered some handy tips. They offered their services without any pressure. We also learned that many of their ejuices are from local ( some not necessarily from Lufkin) manufacturers. Since I prefer to support local businesses, this was definitely a plus for me even though I make my own juice. They didn't try to "sell" me on switching to a different juice but said that if I ever wanted to try some, they had a large selection. There is a selection of mods and tanks to choose from and they answered every question we had about the models we were curious about. There is also a drive thru which I could see being convenient if you need to swing by and pick up juice or coils. However, if you want to just relax, watch some tv, read, or just hang out for a bit, this place offers a comfortable, clean and well-lit area to do it in. Their professionalism, genuinely friendly demeanor, and extensive knowledge of their products make this my new favorite place for my vaping needs. There's no hard selling here. There's no need for it. Whether you've been into vaping for years or are looking to quit smoking by taking up vaping as an alternative, the Vapor Room is just the place to go.

We do like this one best in all of Marshall for several reasons: 1) they make here a huge Apple fritter which no one else we have seen does. 2) the owner was nice and just gave us a donut to try since it was our first time in....see, people notice this stuff. 3) the bread, the croissant, was baked in such a way it was thinner and crispier and better than what we have tried at other places. 4) and last, the name is "Dragon Donut!" ....I would go to Dragon Donut any day over places named royal or palace or whatever...just because "Dragon" is in the name.

Even tho they didn't have exactly what I needed she did everything to make sure I left with products to work with my needs. My issue came in when I'm assuming her superior was upset with her. She continually kept interrupting our conversation about some things that were left on the counter. My opinion, whatever she had to say to the person helping me definitely could have waited until after the young lady was done assisting me. It serves no importance to what was going on with us. I feel like it really flustered the young woman who handled the situation professionally and she could. She answered her Superior, I'm not sure three times. Thank you to the young lady for helping me and for keeping it as professional as she could. She could definitely use acknowledgement for her professional demeanor and serving clients that come into this establishment. Also I wish I could remember her name cuz she certainly deserves her congratulations. Long brown hair warm friendly smile

While visiting family in the area, I had time to kill and money to spend. I'm a seasoned cigar…read moresmoker and I was very unimpressed with this shop. First, you have false advertising stating " largest humidor in Texas". Cigar International in Conroe and FtW beats your square footing. Granted, it's a large humidor- but it's not properly humidified. Your Perdomo 10th anniversary felt like a dry twig. I picked up other brands and noticed that most felt dry. I've been in enough shops to know the feel of a properly maintained walk-in. I should have not have been surprised bc you are selling over priced dry sticks along with Swisher Sweets and vape supplies! Let's talk about customer service- in an era where most cigar shops are competing with online retailers, your service is what should set you apart. I sat in the under- humidified space for 10 minutes before one of your associates came into the walk-in. Dip in his mouth, he asked if I needed help. I said I had time to kill and was looking to smoke a cigar. He told me I had to pay a day pass to access the lounge! That was the final straw. Your retail prices are at least a dollar more than most brick/ mortar cigar shops. Your inventory is dry and customer service is lacking. I left. While driving in Gilmer I noticed that you have another shop. I decided to try again. That shop smelled of weed and body odor. I left. Next time I visit East Texas, I'll remember to bring my own cigars!

I now have to download some app and preorder to get the same discount. While they may think this is saving them money by making it more difficult for their customers to acquire rewards, I can tell you they have lost my weekly business as the discount app is too much of a pain and I am irritated. It was great doing business with you, until you got greedy! UPDATE: Within 12 hours, the store manager responded. I do not agree that this was a "misunderstanding", as several drive through employees at the East Longview and Henderson locations have flat out (but apologetically) refused to accept my Iron Horse Rewards cards at the register. But based on her response that they will accept it, I returned to the East Longview store. The clerk started to say they would not...but I interrupted to let her know the manager said they will, and she did. So I got $7 off my purchase (since it has been months since I could redeem discounts). Upgrading from 2-stars back to 5-stars unless they repeat this "misunderstanding".
