I'm all about checking out new local businesses, but Puff N Stuff has become a favorite of mine. I have some glass from there, idk if I'd say they have necessarily the biggest selection of glass, but definitely some quality over quantity going on for sure. I've been asked by friends who were new in town, ended up taking them here, they loved their purchase, I've also been happy w/ my purchases. Whether it's Grant himself or any of the staff they tend to be VERY knowledgeable. I attended their first Ladies Night which offered 25% off your purchase, both alcoholic and non drinks, some delicious snacks. I somehow managed to literally stay the entire night based on waiting on friends, them finally getting their, then us just mingling and admiring some glass. Some other things I like is they apparently have a layaway program that I'm not sure on the details but I bet they'd be glad to give you more details. Manager was really rude from the door entrance to just talking to him. Wouldn't recommend going to. And won't recommend anyone else I know to go to. He was the only person on shift. I was respectful the whole time. He didn't seem to care and told me his face is just a resting mad face. Not sure if cause ethnicity or what. read more

I bought a smok PRM well it's fairly new so I needed a coil well they did not have any and they gave me the wrong one so I called just to see if they could find the right one well I got left on hold for 10 minutes and I still can not get through because the line is still busy so I would have been on hold for 15 minutes I wasn't upset but now I'm very upset warning people don't pay 80 dollars for this smok PRM 40 it sucks and they don't have the parts for it this was the Crosby store ok update I had to actually go to the store I walked in there isn't a soul in there I said who is the manager the lady said I am well I said you left me on hold she said yeah I was busy but there was no one in the store at all so they give me the wrong coil and I didn't even open it and she said we don't do refunds wow no REFUNDS I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows this I will never go to the Crosby vap shop again I like and never had a problem with Zack & Macs it's right across the street puff and stuff sucks and so does the manager she is not management material read more
