When I went in to look for the purse I was told that after 3 months if you don't claim your goods (no one ever called me), that they are pulled from the floor and "donated". They were rude going through my things at initial meeting and I never received a list of the items they kept. In my opinion my handbag was sold online by THEM. Just a very evil feel in there when you walk in.....UNLESS you pull up in a Land Rover and a fresh manicure! I will not shop somewhere that treats the source of their business so poorly. Shame on them!

Took a clock in on 3/19/2026 to be repaired had to pay $35.00+tax for estimate, my wife called…read more4/6/2026,was told she was next line, called today 4/24/ 2026, still no estimate, we opted to come retrieve clock. They said estimate money was non-refundable,after protesting they agreed to refund money. I broke a rule never pay any money up front, never again. Just be aware how these people operate.
