Other companies wanted to drill holes and just lift everything back up, which was actually more expensive, and eventually would have resulted in the same sinking and cracking. Eric knew it was not properly done and needed to be removed. The Zapata's crew did a beautiful job with the project. The weather was ridiculously uncooperative which caused more damage to the lawn than the process normally would have, and Eric went out of his way to make sure everything was as close to its original state as possible. I've tried most carpet cleaners here in Houston, but Mena really cleaned them as good as could be done and it really shows. In addition, I asked for grout cleaning as well and the results blew me away... It's like I have a new house. If you've never cleaned your floor's grout- do it. It's like new. Their charges were incredibly low compared to the job they did and their competitors. Money well spent. I'm going with Mena every time I need floors cleaned from here on out.
