Then they completely ghosted me. I didn't hear anything for over a week. When someone finally reached out, it wasn't even the person I had been dealing with. Instead, a Spanish-speaking representative contacted me and I literally had to use Google Translate just to communicate. Jonathan, who I was originally working with, has still never contacted me with any updates or information. The lack of communication and professionalism is honestly ridiculous. After reading the other reviews again, it's clear they were right. The price seemed too good to be true, and now it's obvious why. Save yourself the time and frustration and go with a different company. This place clearly doesn't care about communicating with their customers once they've got your attention.
