Outstanding! Stopped here on our way back to chicago from softball tourney in Branson. We love bbq and try to hit the local gems when ever we can. Pig fire sandwich- so good. The salsa was amazing and the fire bbq sauce was perfect. Ribs fell apart and the rub was so flavorful. I added bbq sauce but didn't need too. The sweetness was finger licking good. The beans were very good too. Spicy with a kick Highly recommend stopping here. Its a food truck out side a gun range doesn't look fancy but don't let that deter you. There are picnic tables to eat at. Only suggestion i would have for them is to throw some umbrellas out there. It looked like most people were picking up. read more

Outstanding BBQ in the heart of Klamath Falls, OR. I ordered the rib plate, which comes with slaw, beans and fries, and three ribs. I was worried it wouldn't be enough so I bought two extra ribs. Excellent ribs; fall-off-the-bone meat perfectly spiced, with a nice peppy sauce. The good man running the place said they've been there for about five years. Hopefully, they'll be around for a lot longer! The ribs were huge, and now I've got two in the fridge for tomorrow because three were more than enough. Coleslaw is as close to perfect as it can get. Sweet with a hint of vinegar tang. The beans are sweet, with a generous helping of rib meat. Two sides of these would be a meal unto themselves. The only "complaint" I had was it could have stood a slice of white bread, just for mopping it all up so as to not miss a drop. But that's not really a complaint at all. Price was BELOW what it's worth. I would gladly have paid more for this perfect BBQ meal. I'll be back regularly. read more

Overall the food was alright. When my husband and I arrived they were pretty much out of everything except for a rack of ribs so we decided to give it a try. I don't think it was worth $20ish for the rack and two sides. The place is called BBQ but there was no BBQ sauce on the ribs. It could be more tender and flavorful. The fries we got tasted old and the beans tasted like it came from the can and was seasoned and added some meat. Wish it was different. Thought the hype was gonna be a good one but we were disappointed, we ended up not eating the fries and the beans. read more

Holy MOLY GEE WIZ This place was AMAZING!!! Found this little food truck on the way headed down to see family In Cali. Oh my lanta we got the Crazy Train and The Big Boy special. So. Damn. Good. Plus they really give you so many fries that are perfectly seasoned. And the meat was melt in your mouth orgasmic. It was so good my man had to talk about how luscious and delectable every single bite of the sandwich. Which was inhaled. We are both so full, but without that gut busting feeling. Hubby and I had a hankering for BBQ today so we stopped the BIG BOY BBQ trailer and man oh man I'm I glad we did. The menu is tight and so right. Hubby got the Big Boy. WOW, that's a massive sandwich served with fresh coleslaw and a side of fries. I ordered the tater nachos, fresh tater chips smothered with tomatoes, jalapeño, green onions, cheddar cheese and cheese sauce and a big ol pile of pulled pork, all that drizzled with their BBQ and a creamy cilantro sauce. Very yummy I love the loaded baked potato with pulled pork. Very accommodating and friendly. One star off because it's not my favorite but still good. Just not great. If this is BBQ then I'll eat my hat. Actually my hat would have tasted better than the disgusting food I was served here. First time in got the signature dish Big Boy Sandwich to try them out. Nothing but tasteless, non-smoked, shredded marinated-meat purchased from a supplier and served out of a steam table. Not smoked, not slow roasted, not pulled.. Sorry, but this is NOT even close to BBQ. Beef, chicken and pork all tasted the same just a different color. Should have been drowned in sauce to cover up bland taste and too soft texture, but too little sauce was added for even that. Seasoned fries were a poorly-seasoned conjured distraction for overall lack of authenticity. I'm thinking that owners have never experienced real BBQ, so it may just be that simple. Coleslaw was just ok. To be fair, portions are generous and some potato items still looked interesting after I was done, but after having one of my worst meals in Klamath Falls, I'm not heading back. read more

OMG! We were looking for a quick dinner as driving from Oregon to California and found them on Yelp. Jessie took our order and was super friendly. We ordered the Big Boy and he warned us we'd better be hungry. He was right. My husband and I split the two sandwiches, which were OUTSTANDING! Nice mix of meats, sauce was so good we would buy a bottle of it, if we could, bun was soft and plenty of fries. We will definitely be back on our next trip. read more

Finding a place to eat in this town on a Sunday is really hard. On top of it, it was a sunny hot summer day. I did not really want to go to a food truck on a blazing day, but waiting in the hot heatwas worth it when I finally got my try tip sandwich. I come from Los Angeles and have lived in Portland. Eating here, its nothing spectacular in my opinion. The meat was very bland and covered in other condiments and vegetables, fries tasted frozen, not crispy, and were equally not fantastic. They need to step up their game. read more
