    UPDATE TO REVIEW AT THE END. Ive been an online customer…read morefor years and just wanted to reveal my most recent customer service interaction to show current customer service support expectations. There was a 50 percent off promo for a battery mount kit with optima d35 purchase and warranty seemed nice. Battery is advertised for cars that sit for long periods of time with aftermarket radios. I have stock radio but figured id give it a try since my car does sit for long periods of time and i needed a new battery. Keep in mind i leave my car on a CTEK battery tender on the AGM setting. Battery failed within a year so i went to Interstate to see if a recharge was possible. Battery was tested, deemed bad and replacement was reccomended. I started the warranty claim and a reply from customer service was contradictive to the advertisement. "I can get the process started to have this one set up for warranty testing. You will have to ship the battery back to us. Out of curiosity, what car did you end up installing this battery into? I know the D35 is the standard battery for certain models, but in the BMW world we typically use it in race cars that have thinned electronics." I had bimmerworld supply label for me and sent it back. Unfortunately at some point the battery was damaged so customer service told me there is nothing they can do for me at this time. I had to remind customer service they provided the label and see if they can pursue warranty claim with ups. Unfortunately ups denied claim and there is nothing they can do for me at this time. Im just a little upset with the product misrepresentation. UPS claim was also not provided. I even offered testimony from interstate that the battery wasnt damaged in my possession. UPDATE TO REVIEW. Customer service reached out recently. UPS is providing a goodwill credit for the damage after all. Customer service offered a battery replacement for correct application or store credit. Product description is also now updated. order #593392 2/21/2023 warranty #45672 2/6/2024

    ****Update ***** In my initial review, i had not yet…read morereturned the brake rotors and pads. Within the following days I made it to the post office. The bill was $275.00 to return the items. Had they just created a return postage through their own account, this would have been a lot less. I will attach receipt. I called bimmerworld and apparently was able to reach one of the only employees that cares about customer service, John Webb. John was only able to provide store credit for half of the bill I had incurred, but I was grateful for that gesture. He was also surprised at the cost and asked why bimmerworld did not create the return label and just charge me their cost. This was an idea I had suggested in my earlier conversation. In short, try to contact John Webb if you want some common sense resolution for whatever issue you have. Keep in mind I ended up having to purchase parts I did not need as store credit. I still took a loss of $275 on parts that bimmerworld will repackage and resell. They incurred no loss. Great business motto!
