I was sitting outside and he came out and asked if I needed another drink, when I said yes please, I followed it up with I have had a rough day. Don't know why I said it, maybe because I needed to vent. He returned with my drink and a kind gesture from the heart. I saw it as a quintessential part of the hospitality business.
