She was about to ring up the floor model when I asked for a new one - just so I don't take the floor model. I can sense the roll in her eyes as she said okay and pushed the stroller aside. I said I was going to put it back and she said "it's fine" and stormed off. Strike 2. The stroller is what we wanted and at a very reasonable price compared to Target and Walmart. I'm all for supporting small businesses and you can't please every customer but I felt like I wasn't being rude or harsh when asking for a stroller.
