We got on the mountain and his bindings started MOVING!!! like literally his foot was shifting left to right as he was riding down the mountain. He fell so hard (multiple times) he nearly got a concussion (probably did, his headache lasted 2 days). took the board to the repair shop and the workers were literally shocked.... I will say the workers were very nice and understanding when we returned the board and offered a refund. 2 days later tho, he gets charged over $400 from the shop...???? why?? cuz they think he stole their sh*t a** board:)))) A worker apparently didnt file his paperwork. they were very apologetic and got us another refund but this place is an overall MESS!!! plz dont waste ur time and money, go literally anywhere else!

I returned to the store to exchange for the same product with receipt in hands. The manager Philip handed the situation poorly. He asked to step aside from the cashier line, madly took my receipt from the counter & "accidentally " ripped. Phillip told me repeatedly I will not get what I want ( I asked for exchange or store credit) & I was asked to leave the store OR he was going to call the police. I told him to please call, of course he did not. Philip, I really hope you treat the next family with more manners specially if you are the store MANAGER. The fact you said you were going to call the police & caused my son to panic was unacceptable. I will be seeking for further legal advice.
