My daughter left with fake snow. Perhaps the thing that makes this store the most worthwhile to visit is the nice lady that was there to assist us. I'm not sure if she's the owner or not, but she's super sweet and helpful. These small businesses with nice, helpful employees is the type that I like to support.

While they didn't have the one I was looking for, they had another one I was interested in. I asked how much the figure was and was quoted $200.00 (plus shipping). I went ahead and purchased the figure. Unbeknownst to me, they had the figure on their website on sale for $183.99. I called the following day because my debit card payment had not gone through. At that time, I asked them if they would honor the sale price of the figure. I fully expected them to do so, since it seemed like an innocent mistake. Unfortunately, they claimed that several people were interested in the figure at full price and therefore would not sell it for less than $200.00. I'm very disappointed with how they conduct business and treat their customers. I was very excited about the purchase and this left a bad taste in my mouth. I've been searching for a stroller and saw they had 1 on the floor. I asked the 2 sales girls by the register "is the stroller on the floor new?" I can understand if that came out rude. I should've asked if it was the last one - because I noticed some discoloration - and didn't want to grab the floor/ display sample. One of the girls (with blonde hair) had a stern look and said they had more in the back. Her expression left a sour taste but I still wanted to purchase it. I wanted to make sure it was okay with my husband so we came back later to look at it. He tested it out (pushed around and closed it). I asked the same (stern) lady if this was how the stroller work and she said yes after testing it out herself. She was about to ring up the floor model when I asked for a new one - just so I don't take the floor model. I can sense the roll in her eyes as she said okay and pushed the stroller aside. I said I was going to put it back and she said "it's fine" and stormed off. Strike 2. The stroller is what we wanted and at a very reasonable price compared to Target and Walmart. I'm all for supporting small businesses and you can't please every customer but I felt like I wasn't being rude or harsh when asking for a stroller.
