Big Banjo is my favorite pizza of all time. Always get something from here when we are in town. Employees are always friendly and the atmosphere has not changed in years. I remember bringing my kids here when they were little with the rest of our family and them playing on the little carousel and the claw machine games. Gave them a try again on Wednesday buffet, they had an extra 2 people and couldn't keep up on the bar, due to phone takeout orders. Need to set a limit when you have 15 people in line waiting for buffet. read more

The pizza is ok. I got a small thin veggie pizza (7.99). There was a good amount of toppings. The pizza didn't have enough sauce ! I liked the crisp crust. I asked for an order of breadsticks? The employee at the counter said they were out of breadsticks ! I got a salad bar to go (6.99). The lettuce was all ice berg. There were quite a few veggies on the salad bar. They did have French dressing ! French is hard to come by in Arkansas restaurants! This restaurant has a lot of character inside! The decor is quite dated! I'm guessing it is from the 70s! There are a few arcade games and little rides for kids. They do have a huge flat screen tv inside ! We were able to watch the 2nd final four game while we were there. It is very good pizza when it is fresh. The workers could use a little bit more hospitality, but other then that it's okay. The food is better when you dine in rather than ordering because it tends to sit out for too long. I recommend the cheese pizza. read more

This is the best pizza Arkansas. The buffet is excellent and I have no idea why they r saying the service sucks. They have a buffet at night and they ask what kind of pizza u want and they make it. The young man who always waits on us is very sweet and always makes sure you get the pizza you want. The taco pizza is the best I've ever had. I've been going here since I was a child and moved away for 20 yrs and big Banjo Pizza is one of the reasons I moved back lol. The only complaints I have is there is no place to put a tip on the card and unfortunately they have Fox Fake News on the tv. I really wish they would get rid of Fox News but I always sit where I can't see it. But great pizza and good service read more

I'm writing this review in regards to the customer service at this establishment. I was calling to inquire about a business that I wanted to do with the company in regards to feeding about 50 different students. Instead of the employee that answered the phone to treat me with respect, I was very much spoken to you in a rude manner and then was abruptly hung up on. I don't think this establishment values its customers from this one and initial interaction. I would hope that the company would do better in the future. I can't talk much about the pizza but if it is any reflection on how the employees treat their customers, it probably isn't that great! read more

Last time i was there..cook was answering phone with gloves on and sisnt change them...kept making the pizza after she hung up...how gross!!

Very good pizza with lots of toppings! They tend to run out of deep dish a lot but I prefer their thin anyway. Their crust is pretty unique in that its very thin, almost crackery but it works for them. They have a daily lunch buffet and salad bar. read more
