Never delivered my order after paying and never contacted. You try and call and the never answer.

The two topping, pepperoni & sausage was soggy and almost burnt. I could not eat the pizza. I am not sure what the sausage was it did not look like sausage nor taste like it hard and burnt . The food was cold and I waited 2 hours for it to be delivered I called at 9pm 40 min after I ordered they said I was next to be cooked and I called again and they put me on hold never took me off. read more

Poor customer service. I received notification from the pizza tracker app that my food was ready for pickup. When I got to the window I was greeted but never received my food. I sat for another 20minutes with cars lined up behind me. There were at least 8 people working that day and no one wanted to acknowledge me after serveral attempts to get their attention thru the window. The half hearted update was "they were looking for my order". When my order came I never recieved an apology for the delay just handed my pizza thru the window and then closed it and turned away to avoid eye contact and communication.......terrible. My son loves their crispy crust. And I love their hand tossed crust. We grab pizzas at least once a week

I placed an online order on Saturday 10/09 at about 1:30pm. I received a confirmation, however I called to confirm receipt. The young lady was very polite and professional. I told her I needed the 16 pizzas and wings for my son's birthday party, and it's very important I pick them up by 2:30. She assured me they would be ready. My husband and I arrived at 2:30, to see the drive thru line almost to the street. He walked up to the door, and it was locked. I called, and let the young lady know we were there to get the order. She let us in, as the last 2 pizzas were coming out of the oven. Everything was hot and fresh. There were actually two young ladies working when we got there. Again, both were very polite and professional. We tipped them, and made it to the party in plenty of time. I would highly recommend this location. The customer service was extremely terrible. I placed an order online before the store closed for the evening. The pizza tracker picked up where the order was being prepared and did not update after that. I called the location to see why my order had not arrived after waiting an hour for a call from the delivery driver.... Instead of being greeted by the employee, I was met with " hello" as if the gentleman was on his personal phone. I advised him that I had been waiting for my delivery and no one called. He tells me that they're closed. As I began to give him more information he hung up in my face. He didn't give his name. When I called back, I was greeted by a employee by the name of Natasha. Natasha blatantly lied about contacting me and attempting to deliver my order. At no time did I receive a call or text from any of the employees regarding my order. Instead of her attempting to rectify the situation her response was simply that they were about to walk out the door and said that my money would return to my card. I ordered from the location two days ago on 01/14/2021. This type of unprofessional behavior is disgusting and pathetic to say the least. Natasha and her staff should be more professional than what they displayed this evening.. certainly not a good look for the company. read more

I ordered two pizzas, 1st hand tossed with sausage and pepperoni ,the 2nd was thin crusted with sausage and pepperoni, and there was way more pepperoni on the pizzas then sausage on each pizza it probably was only 2 sausage normally it be 4 or more. The thin crust we ordered extra sauce and they put that extra sauce on the hand tossed. Everytime we order pizza it hit but this was unacceptable and Domino's y'all can do better. read more

if it was possible, I would leave a negative star. I have never been to this establishment and left satisfied. Do not come to this dominos unless you have approximately 30 extra minutes allotted for pick up time than what is suggested. Waited half an hour in the parking lot for our pizza to be "done". Had to drive back up to the pickup window, Crystal Methany working said and I quote "just came out of the oven!" .... The box wasn't even hot. read more
