He arrived to the appointment to be told by a very rude employee out smoking a cigarette in the garage area that they don't make appointments at 7 am. They left him standing in the garage area and disappeared inside without a word. After a few minutes he followed them in and asked to speak to a supervisor. They did find his name written down but the wrong tires were ordered. No supervisor ever showed up. The employees were rude and not helpful. He then insisted that they ordered the right tires and he left. He ended up down the road at VIP who took care of him right away. We still have not received any call from Walmart about the tires. We will never go back and use that auto service center.
