Respectable, helpful staff. There's a big area to jump, a kids indoor playground, and a few arcades. My only gripe which wasn't even a big deal.. since we didn't follow this direction (insert halo atop my head) is that when we showed up 15 minutes after the hour, 12:15, they gave us the bands that expired on the hour instead of the half hour mark. So by the time we put our shoes away it was 12:20 but they asked everyone with blue bands to leave at 1pm. I played deaf for 15 minutes because if I paid for an hour, I'm getting my hour. Nobody bothered to hurry us out, though, so cool beans. I'd definitely come often if I lived in the area.

The inside was LOUD with children running every which way, but that's to be expected. My only complaint is there needs to be a clear designated area that's blocked off for the younger jumpers. I had to ask the older jumpers to watch our toddlers. We'll be back. The kids enjoyed themselves.
