I ordered The One with grilled onions, and it was delicious, juicy, flavorful, and the grilled onions added a great touch. I also ordered a basket of fries, which paired perfectly with the burger. Yumm! I also asked about the meaning behind the name OG3 and was told it's like the Japanese word Ojii-san, meaning "grandpa." I thought that was a pretty cool story and adds a little character to the place. Overall, a really good burger and a spot I'd definitely recommend. Bun, super fresh and soft. Has a nice and clean ambiance bc it's located in a restaurant that serves Japanese yakiniku in the evening. The waiter was very friendly but was the only person working the front, which caused service to be slow. The food itself also took a while to prepare. However, we will definitely be back because the burgers were that awesome!

Anyway, I order the food and it takes much, much longer than anticipated. I'll say that the pricing was pretty average for the food, especially here on island. Anyway, I ordered a 'shroom and guac burger and a bacon cheeseburger. The burgers were both cooked well done (which is not my favorite, but it's fine) but it caused the meat to bite a little tough. Additionally, we order fries with our order that were thick cut, but overly salted. They were also not fresh and were a little soggy upon eating them. The flavor of the two burgers was fine, again, aside from the patty being well done. There is a sauce on it, but thankfully not drenched, which I can appreciate. The pickles on both burgers were also pretty good. Anyway, this place was just... okay. Did I hate it? No, but would I go back? Probably not.

No line at @1:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the Royal Hamburger, with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and thin sliced onions. It was heavy on the mayonnaise ( so let them know to go easy on it lol ), and a normal amount of ketchup. An order of fries were delivered hot and crispy! I think they may coat the fries with something to make it crispy. Nice. The burger was moist and it had a barbecue/ teriyaki flavor to it. I thought it was tastier and better than our usual nearby burger place. They also offer dessert here. I ordered the trio combo that came with pumpkin square, haupia-chocolate square and a small pannacotta with a sliver of fresh strawberry on top. I tried the haupia-chocolate square and it was good. My other half ordered the green river drink. I took a sip of it and it reminded me of Harder's syrup. IYKYK. Too sweet for me. We spoke to one of the owners there and everyone we met at W & M were nice and friendly. The counters are clean and the wall art on the parking area is picture perfect. The free parking is a plus. He really stood out. As for the burgers we got two #8s with two sides of small fries and we did a good job getting the small sides because the fries are pretty thick. The burger itself was pretty good but very very messy because of all the sauce which is not a bad thing! Just be sure to pack some wet wipes in your bags but if not you need to ask for the key to the restroom upstairs to wash. The fries are well seasoned with salt and pepper but nothing else. One thing I didn't really like is that they charge 50 cents for ranch and you can hear them squeezing the bottle of ranch into a little container, it tasted very similar to hidden valley so it might be that. Normally i feel like places charge for ranch when it is house made and actually good.

The place is very hard to locate, due to the lack of good signage, but it's in the shopping center right next to the Lobster King. Parking is very difficult too, so maybe have another person with you who can order and wait for the food. I'm not going to lie, the wait time for the food is extremely long for just burgers and fries--took more than 30 minutes--but please keep in mind this is a small business. I think there were only 2 or 3 people working, an auntie, uncle, and a younger guy who I believe was cooking. The food looked so beautiful but everything was too salty and the patties were way too charred, which I'm hoping was a one off thing. I did DM them on social media shortly after picking up our order and they said it was an off day. They offered for me to come back one day so they can make things right, but I don't know if I'll have the time to swing by anytime soon. I truly hope this business does well, they are the sweetest people I've met in the last few months, and I wish them nothing but the best. I hope others have a better experience than I did.
