As the base for a make your own bowl that was a huge disappointment. The server said it could not be replaced. The smoked chicken was flavorful and moist. The ribs were delicious. I was greeted friendly, immediately and asked if I would be dining. I replied, "No. Just an espresso. In fact I would like a Traditional Italian Macchiato (TIM)." (I lived in Italy for 5 months) The attendant asked if I would like a 16 or 20oz, at which point I explained to her what a TIM was. She assured me that would be no problem to guesstimake. 2 minutes later I was served the BEST TIM I've had since living in Italy in 1993! The espresso, the temperature, amounts of foam & steamed milk were all perfect! Later I called 517 to express to the (Owner I think) how amazing the Macchiato was, but instead unwittingly spoke to the barista that MADE my TIM. Needless to say, she got choked up & thanked me profusely. I told her, "Don't ever forget how to make that! You've nailed it!" So, thank you to unknown barista girl. If you knew how to make it...good on you! If it was the result of an "educated guess" (I assume) it was a stroke of divinely inspired genius! Congratulations to you and whoever sources your Espresso beans! Keep up the amazing work! I'll be back!

She took our order, then it took over 20 minutes to get our food AND our drinks, and drinks were forgotten and we weren't given straws. When our food arrived, we weren't given silverware, and only then could we ask for the things that were forgotten. We watched her go to other tables around ours and check on them and clear their tables as well. I'm not sure if this part is normal-- but when we got our checks, we weren't given any sort of writing utensil to fill out the merchant copy of the receipts. Overall, I would not recommend coming here if you expect to have decent service

The dry rub wings were good, but overcooked and dry. Bosco sticks are breadsticks stuffed with mozzarella cheese, they're huge and tasty. I couldn't even finish one.
