She took our order, then it took over 20 minutes to get our food AND our drinks, and drinks were forgotten and we weren't given straws. When our food arrived, we weren't given silverware, and only then could we ask for the things that were forgotten. We watched her go to other tables around ours and check on them and clear their tables as well. I'm not sure if this part is normal-- but when we got our checks, we weren't given any sort of writing utensil to fill out the merchant copy of the receipts.
