Got the bike back with electronic shifting unplugged and a broken cassette. I brought the bike back to see if they'd do something reasonably maybe offer to cover the part or labor...something since I dropped the bike off with a working cassette. I was met with nothing but attitude and refusal to offer any form of a solution. I tried to support the local bike shop and should have stuck to a big corp shop like Trek, I'll never use this shop again. A huge bummer, I own 6 high end bikes and could have been a great long term customer.

Make sure to be specific about inventory questions, they probably only have a limited selection. 3. Bring lots of money, this place is not cheap. So Service is good, but limited and the value for this shop is that they have a broad, but not deep inventory.
