Finally, a local Bicycle shop offering a personal service. It was a Sunday lunchtime..we perused, got advice, were given options and then we went away for lunch. We came back, and still the same personal service as previously. We tried many bikes until we were clearer on what we wanted and then were allowed to go off for a test ride. A bit of fine tuning..nothing was too much trouble and we were treated with courtesy at all times, which not being very cluey, is often not the case. The purchase was made before we realised that we already had two bikes in the van and couldn't fit any more. Just when I was going to ask if we could return with an empty vehicle, the owner, Steve, offered to deliver to our door at no extra charge. how good is that! thank you Steve.
