Our son has been begging us to take him to your store for weeks and his birthday is not for another 6 months, so we went to 'just have a look' and cure his curiosity......and walked out with a new bike Fiona was so knowledgeable, friendly and gave us some great tips. I have now had each of my three bikes in for repair issues at Modbury. On each occasion I have been impressed with the friendly and helpful interactions with the mechanics. One issue was extremely tricky and it was quickly diagnosed and solved for about half the cost I was expecting...very professional, friendly, helpful, honest and not pushy with respect to sales.
