The chef was very nice and presented us with the complimentary dish which I believe was the Torresmo. The drinks are amazing and that smoke meat platter was pork and onions which was super tender and juicy. The recommendations from the server to try are the "Baião-De-Dois which is composed of rice beans. Update the food is inspired from NE Brazil which has an amazing presentation. The food is made with love and has a very home feel. The medium dish serves 3-4 people with ease. A definite must try if you are in São Paolo.

When my friend sent me the address and told me to meet her here for dinner while I was on a…read morebusiness trip, I imagined a regular meal experience. I pulled up to the museum and immediately thought my driver took me to the wrong address. After speaking to the front desk, they guided me up to the 8th floor where I laid my eyes on a spectacular rooftop with an amazing panoramic view of the city. I stopped in the restroom to wash up and saw the Michelin plaque on the wall and knew I would be in for a treat. The server immediately greeted us with a pop up menu of drinks. Yes, a pop-up book that came to life with handcrafted options for the most original cocktails I have seen in São Paulo. Each drink you order comes with its own magnet as a gift to take home and remember the experience. As of that wasn't enough, we were presented with a unique bottle of honey gin by the distiller himself. This drink came with instructions...take a sip, count to 3, and watch the flavors unfold while tickling your tongue! I promise if I had more room in my luggage I would have come home with a bottle. As a gin lover, this was something truly special. Now onto the meal...bolinhos de bacalau were perfection. The flat iron steak was tender and flavorful. The palmitos were crunchy on the outside and melted in my mouth. For dessert, the presentation was beautiful and there was just the right amount of sweet to end the night. I highly recommend Vistas for a special occasion on your next visit to Iberopuera. You will NOT be disappointed.

And then, afterwards, there are several floors of abstract art that makes you ponder about what each artist had in mind to say about their reflection of the world!!! * * Firstly, the sourdough bread as an appetizer was so yummy. Warm and crust-y with that homemade curd (trust my taste, I am also a sourdough baker!) Secondly, I recommend the moqueca - it's a national Bahia dish that is ~roughly~ translated as "fish stew." But it's so much better than that... The carne de sol was amazing too, according to my dad! I loved the cornbread addition to the plate hehe Unfortunately we were too full to try their desserts but we gotta leave something for the future DRINKSSS: as in Brazil, always go to the caipirinha with caçhaca (duh!)
