This spot has really big sandwiches. I can't ever finish one by myself. Normally, I get their pesto chicken sandwich but today I tried a different one. I tried the number 10 today and it was really good. It was enough for me and my partner. Honestly eating here is always good because I feel like it doesn't give you a sleep coma like some other sandwich places. The service here is always really quick and the workers are always nice. I love how they have it decorated inside right now with the Halloween decorations. I also believe they are family owned. In my opinion, it's a good place for sandwiches and for lunch. We stopped by Bianchini's on our way home from a night away in the hills and were pleasantly surprised. It is not much to look at from the outside, but the inside was inviting and clean. The sandwiches were excellent and they had a lot of variety of toppings. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and my husband ordered the jerk chicken. I was especially impressed with the owner and his willingness to tell us about the buiness, help us with the menu, and just make us feel very welcome. If we are in the area again, we will surely stop by and maybe try a giant salad next time! read more

I was going to. But I had to. First off the manager is very snarky. Secondly, I called in my order because inline it doesn't give me the option to do the half and half combo option. So I called in my order at noon and asked for it to be ready at 12:30. Upon arriving at 12:32. I was greeted with "where were you we had it ready for you in 3 minutes?! It's been 30 minutes" I was taken back and so confused ? I reiterate that I told who ever took my order, to please make it an order for 12:30 vs getting it ready right away since it was a heated sandwich and I didn't want it to be cold or soggy. Turns out, she understood to have it ready in 3 minutes. (Not sure how she understood that) anywho, after I clarified what I had said this manager or staff still doesn't 1. Apologize nor do they offer to remake my sandwich. I will slay I asked for her to add tomato upon arrival and that was about the only thing I can thank his staff for. I'm sure she saw it was soggy and cold for the $23 I paid. Not to mention my coworker, who got a portobello sandwich, once again the snarky manager emphasizes how she got a huge sandwich bug enough for two days (and it wasn't bc she ate it in one sitting). What a hidden gem! We were so hungry coming from a nearby event and we pulled up at 3:05 pm with my daughters and the absolute kindest gentlemen unlocked the doors and let us into order. The sandwiches are ridiculously good, fresh and the ingredients sing together. The breads were amazing and we finished with some homemade macaroni salad and chips. The perfect deli meal! The #3 sammie I love & my hubby loves the #10 w/extra mayo. The salad-they hand toss it in front of you and they have a TON of topping choices as well as house made dressings. They make their own cookies, I like the heath bar one. You can order in advance though we haven't encounter a line when we go. The owner is super nice and into his biz. It's modest inside, but we are usually on the go visiting Santa Rosa so it's just a quick stop. His foot traffic is down due to construction in the area and no new business to replace BigK, so we are trying to support this great sammie/salad spot. read more

Love, Bianchini's salads! I was thinking we needed a food salad spot in town years ago when they first opened by Safeway. They are now over by where the old Kmart was so the ambience isn't the best outside but inside it's very cozy plenty of room to sit and have lunch. They also had some fun spooky decor up last time I was in for Halloween. The sandwiches are also good but since I'm a vegetarian, I only ever get the veggie one so I can't say too much about the sandwiches except the veggie one is very good. I have also gotten catering here for my work, and everyone loves it. Definitely recommend for catering or a quick lunch. I just say quick lunch bc I usually grab something and just go back to my office that is close by. read more

The sandwiches were fine, but not excellent. The service was super fast and friendly. The atmosphere was nearly non-existent. As reported by other yelpers, I can confirm the bread is the weakest link. We ordered the 'sourdough' roll, but it really didn't taste sour in the slightest. It was plain, lacking depth and structure. The crust was crunchy trending towards chewy. All in all not a good bread, especially when you consider we live in a post Tartine world where artisan bakeries are plentiful and exceptional dough is the norm. All the other toppings were fine. It has been a great disservice both to me and to this great business that I am just now getting to it. Bold through the tough times of the pandemic, this deli does the job right, and a diner here is well rewarded for seeking out this humble location. The Cubano sandwich on soft roll was easily a great lunch for two people, but so delicious that it was only me that finished it. You have to ask for it off-menu if you want it, but the Chinese Chicken salad in a wrap is very good, and also a sensible portion if you eat only half. In an era when we are losing good restaurants and delis at a rapid pace, it would be a shame to see this delicious spot close the doors. So GET OVER THERE NOW! Don't be dissuaded by the modest interior or location. Inside the plain glass front store holds delicious salads and sandwiches. My sandwich was excellent: generous meat and cheese, stacked with fresh lettuce, tomato and finished with sweet/hot mustard . Toasted sliced sourdough and cut on the bias. I also enjoyed a container of macaroni salad, made in house, which was wonderful. When I went in they were nice and greeted me fast and were able to make my sandwich very quickly. I got the number 10 with chicken, pepper jack, chili's and added avocado as well. The contents were awesome, really good sandwich, though could have used some salt. Where the misstep happened was the bread. I ordered a soft roll, and it was not good. The roll was bland and the texture was not great at all. With so many good bakeries in the area, not sure where that one came from, or why there aren't better options available. I had been wanting to try this place for a long time but I could never catch it open, to my surprise I was in the plaza for a manicure and a pedicure next door. The two ladies inside taking orders and making sandwiches were very nice. I ordered a number 8, it came with roasted turkey breast, salami, provolone cheese, red onions, tomato, lettuce, and no house spread as I requested, just mayonnaise and mustard. I didn't wait long, as I was waiting I couldn't help but notice a fly that was hanging out on the edge of the counter wear the vegetables were for sandwiches. I know it's hard to keep out flies when the door is constantly opening & closing, but is there a way the owner could place a covering over this area? It would help tremendously. I took my sandwich to Napa, I enjoyed it there with a bag of Dirty Chips along with a Coke Zero. I was happy with my selection although I wasn't impressed with the sourdough bread. read more

My experience with Bianchini's was absolutely amazing. I needed a last-minute lunch order for a visit to one of our contractors and called a day ahead. I spoke with Luis, the manager, and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He was able to put a platter together for me by the following morning, all of the sandwiches were so fresh with delicious amazing bread. Overall, my customer experience was five stars all the way. I watched as they also assisted other customers with the upmost respect and kindness. Sidenote, I happen to need to use the restroom when I got there, and the facilities were incredibly clean. I was blown away when I opened up the sandwich wrapper. It was not only beautiful looking, it was also absolutely delicious This is a real deal gourmet deli. AKA, "breath of fresh air". I started out to write this as a three review. That is because it was an average of the "good" and "bad". The good to great was that I ordered two sandwiches a tri tip for me and portabella for my wife and asked for hers to be given to me "deconstructed" (as in bread, dressing, sandwich items separate so she could eat it later) and they did fine with the request. The bad was the fact that they charged a 3% Credit Card charge. I don't have an issue with that EXCEPT when they don't tell you about it on their menu boards or at the charge terminal... It just "showed up" on my copy of the receipt! That pissed me off!! The reason that the review went down to 2 stars is because on the receipt was a "how are we doing" text to us code. We stopped in just to get some fresh baked bread and they did us one better. They asked if we wanted to take home half baked bread and finish it ourselves or if we wanted to wait for a few minutes for them to cook it fresh. This bread is phenomenal! I'll definitely be coming back to try a sandwich. Everything was very tidy and you could tell they were taking food safety seriously.
