When I first walked into this Fred Meyer last week, after several months of absence, the first thought I remember having was, "Is that cheese that's been brought here from home without enough refrigeration?" That's exactly what it was. I was delighted that half of the cheese section was from Point Reyes, where I just lived for the past six months, but it smelled.... so wrong. It literally smelled like it had traveled 700 miles at the wrong temperature. As I write this review, I'm drinking a Desi Natural Guava Lassi which ALSO tastes like it came all the way from home without refrigeration. The best by date is still over a month out. I am noticing a pattern. There is clearly something funky going on with the fridges at this Fred Meyer. I love the selection of products, but keeping them fresh is just as important, if not more important, than curating the right products in the first place. But bonus points for having a cashier who looks exactly like Lisa Minneli.

A good place to go if you don't like going to Winco or the other stores and they have a small amount of things if you're only feeding yourself and don't feel like having left overs. The only down side is when I do find something that I like, they don't always have it. Sure they'll always have veggies, eggs, etc, but when I found this Caramel whipped cream and loved it, it wasn't there the next time I went in and was bummed. The best thing I have ever seen them do that no other grocery store does here in McMinnville, including Harvest Fresh, they will have a basket of fruit for free to give to the kids so they're distracted while the parents shop.

This review is specifically on the Costco food court at the wilsonville Costco…read more I'm a big fan of the Costco food court system. Grab a pizza for dinner after you do all your shopping. This is the first really bad experience I've had with a Costco food court and this is not my normal Costco. I called ahead and pre-ordered my pizza. When I paid for my pizza. I also ordered two mocha freezes and a strawberry frozen yogurt. The food court staff did not put the lid on the mocha freeze and for whatever reason thought this was a coyote ugly experience and slid the mocha freeze across the counter with such Force. It went right off the counter and all over myself and my son. Wall covered in sticky sugar, the food court staff just stood there watching us. A random 7-year-old had to go and get paper towels so I could try to not track mocha freeze all over. The food court staff immediately asked if I would want them to remake the one they threw at me. I was beyond confused and told them I have to go to the bathroom to wash out my shoes and pants now. As I was able to catch one of the mocha freezes. The food card staff told me they would put it in the refrigerator To which I'm thinking you will remake my order. When I come back. After trying to remove all of the mocha freeze in the bathroom, we came back and had to wait in line as they were very confused that we still wanted our order. They finally gave us our pizza which they made wrong and told us we would have to go to the end of the queue if we wanted to get the pizza we ordered. A. At which point a manager was called over to try to assist in the situation. She told me she would watch the video feed later and wanted to know what she could do to help. I said I would like my food but since it's not ready I would like a refund. She then said she would give us a gift card but that would take too much time and the next time we come to just ask for her? Everything about the situation was weird. She then tried to get a refund on my $17 order but was unable to. Eventually she handed me $10 cash to try to fix this mistake. I was still covered in mocha freeze. The order was wrong. And I will not be getting food from this Costco food court again.

Really good pharmacy, gawd-awful as a store.
