In the grocery area, a lot of mis-shelved items and some items completely out of stock. Socks and underwear areas were not sorted properly. It took some searching but we did find stuff in the right sizes. A long queue for self-checkout with some of the machines blocked off. When we did get to scan, it worked fine and we were on our way. It sure beats having to walk all over the store to pick up the items you need or want. I am 77 years old and sometimes it is just too much to walk the whole store especially when you need birdseed and coffee. The people who bring our groceries to the car are always super nice and the orders are always correct. Thanks Walmart!

Kim Sangiovanni is the WORST pharmacist I've ever encountered in my 60 years. She is rude,…read moredismissive, confrontational and lazy. I had a new prescription and requested counseling from the pharmacist. The way Kim accomplishes this is to have the counter person come to her, get the information about the medication and that person relays it to the customer. This is problematic because if you have questions the person has to go back to the pharmacist and again come back to you to relay the information. If you have a few questions this can go on for a while. So I asked to speak with the pharmacist face to face and Kim heard this appeared with an already nasty attitude. When I explained the situation she said they do this as a time saver for them. Sorry, not sorry but I don't care about their time saving procedures. If a customer, the entire reason for your business, wants your time you give it to them. Every word out of her mouth was mean and sarcastic. She completely escalated a situation that didn't warrant it. She then told me I could go to Walgreens. Great customer service skills. (I had to call my old pharmacist in another state to get my questions about the medication answered.) At one point she asked my name. When I told her she angrily said ''I'll remember you'' Now what is that supposed to mean? Is that a threat? This woman handles my medication and I truly believe she's unbalanced. I could not believe she was arguing with a customer about a consultation. In case she didn't know, that's her job. So if you want a rude, immature, dismissive pharmacist who obviously hates her life and takes it out on others, be sure to visit Kim Sangiovanni at the Ingles pharmacy at 901 E Main Street in Laurens, South Carolina.
