Had a Hysterectomy a week before and a psychiatrist appointment who also drug tests me. I've never failed a drug test. She wouldn't let me give blood at my expense, a more advanced urine test. Nothing. She wanted me gone and made that up. I got a notice labcorp has class action law suit. So I logged on to labcorp and the orders to test my urine said " problem requested " ? Then the lab said the sample hadn't been refrigerated and couldn't test. Then " written instructions ". Then the fentanly parent drug was 27 and metabolite was 0. The metabolite norfentanyl is what shows your taking the fentanly. My patient id had changed. I had legit spine problems and no where to go. I don't do illegal drugs. She could have been straight up. I have degenerative disc disease and I haven't been seeing anyone. I lay in the bed every day. I fell 10 days ago and broke my lumbar 1 burst fracture. Has anyone else been accused of false positive? I thought they were nice too until they lied to ky face and wouldn't let me go to hospital for another drug test or do whatever they wanted. They sure charged my insurance alot. Im still pissed off and if I could sue them I would especially seeing the labcorp notes. Sketchy AF.

They only charged me the regular $98 while I was there and sure didnt say I owed more. Just told me I would after the price increases come.

Mr.Balogh is good at his job. They have a very professional and caring atmosphere there. With that…read moreout the way here's my issue. While sitting in the lobby you can hear word for word what the patient before you is saying. That's no exaggeration it's so bad that the receptionist wears headphones out of respect when you're in session. It's appreciated but I wish it wasn't necessary. Talking to a therapist means digging down and saying some things you might not want others to hear. When you come out and see the looks of the next person in line and the receptionist plus knowing how easy it is to hear through the door. It's hard to bear especially if you have an anxiety disorder. Yes everyone heard everything you just said in private, it's almost unbelievable you have to worry about that in 2022. Lastly good luck trying to refill your prescription if it doesn't automatically refill. I called during business hours from 3:30pm-5pm relentlessly to renew my prescription because of my new job and going to school it was a necessity. Nothing. No answer at all and a couple of times my call was actually forwarded. Which means it was intentionally ignored. Overall don't talk unless you're okay with Everyone hearing you and don't expect to get your medication on time.

I want to talk about unprofessional the staff was I mean that whole building should be torn down. A group of addict kids and you show them a movie about a cocaine heist talk about triggering they give you jobs there one being kid (kitchen duty) and I cannot tell you how many times I help serve children expired food. I could keep going in a book about this money hungry fraud of an institute is but I'm gonna leave you with this. I didn't starting doing drugs until I left this place. Unless you want real help for yourself or your child stay away from this place. The people in charge don't care about you ( besides a few staff recovering themselves) they just wanna run up your insurance company. The house are nasty they resemble trap houses and on the websites run down was a complétele lie compared to how things actually are I wish I could write more but needless to say 5 yrs layer and I'm still completely traumatized. These staff members argued with you and had no professional means of dealing with children. I watched firsthand staff members arguing with children like it was school bobbing there heads really getting a rise and ENJOYING IT they talked about you with other children they picked favorites they let bad stuff happen for there amusement at our own expense I had on lady talk make fun of my body in front of every other patient there while they all laughed it was and still is something burned into my brain I would end your visit with your parents. If they overheard you talking about your uncomfortableness at the facility I broke my foot and it took them a week and a half for them to let me go to the ER with my grandmother when I finally got out of that building and off of those grounds. I told her everything she pulled me out the next week and I got dirty looks from all the staff members. was a good kid and I'm still a good person. They let bad shit happen to me and other people for a sake of a paycheck. I hope you all rot truly

The one thing that I found accredo did well was communication. A mistake at my doctor's office…read moredelayed my prescription by a week. Accredo confirmed once they received it. I called them a couple of days later to get things started and they were courteous and helpful. I spoke to customer service, a pharmacist and a nurse. The next day I received a call from them to confirm everything and go over the copay. At that point I gave them my manufacturer copay card information and delivery was set up. I got my order a few days later. They are not the quickest in their process from start to finish but it is the pharmacy my insurance chooses to use. Do I wish I received my meds a few days earlier, of course. Do I understand that I am not the only person that requires their service, yes again. Maybe they could hire more people or pay better and be more efficient but that's not my place to say. Maybe I'll have a different experience over time but I can only review based on my experience.

Spoke to their Pharmacist, who "escalated" the situation and an response team leader would call the following day...Did they call? NOPE. And no the medication was never received. Insurance changed and now have another Specialty Pharmacy to work with. Fingers crossed
