The price for him was way cheaper than what Cockapoos normally cost. So that is a plus. However, one thing to note is that depending on the situation, once you sign the contract, that's it. For example, 6 days after getting him, he had Parvo and was in the hospital for a little over two weeks (major $$$$$). He felt fine through the day, but by night, he wasn't looking good. It happened so fast, that it was good we took him when we did or he wouldn't have made it. I contacted Tammie to let her know because the doctors told me she should know, but she said she didn't hear anything from the other pet parents. This is what is difficult, even though the Doctors were pointing to the breeder the entire time he was in the hospital, there was nothing she was obligated to do because of the contract we signed. It would have been nice if she could help financially, but she didn't. Also, when we got him, her son pointed out a mark on his belly. He said it was nothing. Once we got Roscoe home from the hospital after surviving parvo, we noticed the mark spreading. We took him to the vet, and it was ringworm which meant more money. But besides that, we had a nice experience with Tammy. You must hound her for pics and videos, but she will send them. The only reason it's 4 stars is because I wished she could have helped us with that parvo bill somehow.

Oh when they did the check up they took him to another room where I could not see how would you do that to a person not let the owner see what they are doing very shady people there thank god I moved and I am going to a vet that been in my town more than 40 years and went to high school with the vet. I adopted a puppy named Stella (pitbull & bluetick hound mix) the same time my best friend adopted…read moreher puppy named Wicket (shih tzu & maltese mix) almost two years ago, it was the first time I have ever had a puppy of my own and I had zero clue what I was doing when I did it.They didn't just train the dogs, however. Dee and her husband Walt gave me amazing advice on what snacks to get both girls to keep them engaged and out of trouble, what foods were good for them, what chew toys would benefit them and then tailored their entire training to fit the specific needs of both Stella and Wicket at the same time. They were able to educate us on what types of dogs we had, plus the energy levels and adult sizes of the dogs, among other things. I personally feel like they went well above and beyond my expectations for what a trainer would normally do (I thought trainers just taught the dogs to do what they are told and help fix behaviors) These guys don't stop at commands, they want to genuinely see you and your best friend thrive together and build a strong bond. Anytime we came to a session with questions about new or worsening behaviors like chewing on things, plowing over the kids, etc. Dee was ready with advice, commands, and sometimes even educational videos to help us fix things. Both Stella and Wicket passed the basic puppy class and we are working on enrolling them for the next step up. In addition to my own experience, a few months ago my oldest daughter got herself a puppy named Blaze (heeler & Australian shepherd mix) who is massively energetic and currently a couple of weeks into his training. In just a few short weeks he has already started to become a whole different dog from what we are used to. We had a massive bump in the road relating to Blaze, which brought his training temporarily to a screeching halt when he needed surgery. Dee was beyond accommodating and so kind to us while we went through almost losing Blaze and then having a two week long recovery for him when he finally came home to us. It doesn't matter how many dogs I end up getting, they will all go through training with Dee and I make sure to recommend her to all my family and friends when they have concerns about their pups.
