Shanna is wonderful in the way she can sense what you need, and she paid close attention to areas I'd said were particularly troublesome (knees and hips) and worked challenge them just enough. It's full-body attention with varying amounts of pressure and stretching, and the warm compresses help to loosen things up too; I left feeling taller, extended, and buoyant. The essential oils used are light and natural (I can tell these were made in-house, with no overpowering synthetic scent). And the space itself is beautiful and serene, with the most comfortable padded massage mattress I've ever been on. I'm sorry that I don't live closer to come more regularly, but I hope to visit again! There are other treatments available too, along with yoga classes (including aerial, something I've yet to try). The staff was very friendly, and the instructor was down to earth. The studio itself has a lot of amenities, including separate changing rooms and a shower. Mat rentals are free. The best part was pricing. 14 dollars for a drop in class, 25 for two weeks (introductory rate). They are in mind body so you can sign up in advance, all you need to do is give yourself two extra minutes when arriving to fill out a personal info/acknowledgment form.

Pasha stands out. She turns the old stories upside down. I never thought I would work with a personal trainer. But Pasha is different...and I decided I'm worth the investment to meet my wellness goals as an entrepreneur and mother in my mid-40s! I came to Pasha with some injuries (shoulder issues and SI Joint Dysfunction) and a desire to get stronger and to find relief from chronic stress. I was feeling frustrated because although I live a pretty active life, I have not been able to stick to a strength training routine at home. I don't have time to drive the 30 minutes to the gym (and do not enjoy myself in these settings).
