Our break room therapy session was easy to schedule and such a unique experience…read more there are different packages to choose from when scheduling. we chose the mixed glass package - there were bottles, glasses, plates, candle jars, etc. there are packages that include electronics and you can also add on various items to your package. another cool thing to know is that you can bring up to 10 clean glass items to break during your session for free. if you bring an electronic item there is a small fee to account for disposal. the sessions cost the same whether you have 2 people or 4 people. in the room where you get ready, there are lockers with keys to leave your belongings. a staff member explained safety gear choices and all of the procedures clearly before we began. we chose a face shield and gloves. they do have full body suits as well if you want more protection. once you've got your gear on, you have the option for a picture against a backdrop with props that they send to you for no additional charge. there are a few touches that I found added more meaning to the experience but of course are optional. there is a sharpie to write on the items you smash if there is anything you want to symbolically destroy, release, etc. there are also 2 whiteboards- one to express how you feel entering the space and one to express how you feel leaving the space. once you're inside the room, staff clearly explain the rules and you have 25 minutes to break your items which is more than enough time. there are various smashing items - pan, hammers, bats, and a crowbar. it was our experience that the glass is easier to break and super satisfying. they did throw in a free vcr for us which was very kind. the electronics take more effort to break but that is satisfying in its own way. everything was very well explained and thoughtfully executed.

There were eight of us total, and we booked two rooms for 30 minutes. Two people can go into the rooms at a time, which ended up working perfectly. At first, I didn't think 30 minutes would be long enough, but I was so wrong. The adrenaline and rage energy is much more tiring than you expect, so switching out every few minutes was the perfect routine and kept the experience fun and balanced for everyone. The staff member was absolutely great and incredibly helpful in getting us ready. They made sure we were well protected and clearly explained everything before we started. There's more to the experience than just walking in and breaking things, and while there aren't many rules, the safety guidelines are important. The staff did an excellent job walking us through them so we felt comfortable, confident, and safe the entire time. There was a huge variety of items to smash: dishes, cups, bottles, computer equipment, and more. My personal favorite was grabbing the bat and swinging away. It was way more satisfying and relieving than I expected. Afterward, everyone felt amazing--like a big, fresh breath of air. I would 100% recommend Breakroom Therapy for groups, team bonding, or anyone needing a fun and effective stress release. It's a unique experience, incredibly freeing, and something I'd absolutely do again!

We threw axes, throwing stars, throwing cards, Batterangs(spelling?), and even a spear. Throwing was a ton of fun and I am already planning an outing with some friends to come back. One day I'd like to have a rage room session here because that feels like a great release of stress. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The owner and staff were all wonderful and super on top of things, having guests play actual WATL style games which is so much more fun than the normal blackjack style games I usually see venues push. The venue was beautiful and spacious, offering I believe 6 different ranges, 12 lanes total. The venue was clearly well maintained and both the community and the employees made it an even better time than usual, moving things quickly. I love that they even ordered us lunch and allowed us a break, as someone who has to fully stop to eat, that was a huge perk for me. This venue also offers snacks, a mocktail menu, and a full bar- liquor, wine, and beer! That's pretty impressive as I've yet to experience an axe venue that offered liquor before yesterday. Overall, would absolutely recommend this venue for anyone looking to throw for their first time or for seasoned throwers like myself. Had an amazing time and hope to come back some day if I'm local!

We would meet there every Wednesday evening and race for a few hours. No other customers were ever there on weeknights, so it seemed like a good way for High Caliber to get more use out of their karts during slow days. After doing this for several months, they jacked up the price by 150%, and we all cancelled our memberships. I guess it wasn't enough for the greedy owner. I hope it was worth permanently losing seven customers, because we're never coming back!

My toddler enjoyed watching all the carts go by and some red lights in the tracks. He also enjoyed walking around the arcade and saw all kind of games. Not actually playing as he is still little. Tried axe throwing and had some good time. There are some other games that we can also attend but need to head home as my toddler started getting tired. Can't wait till next time.

Thankfully a friend of a co-worker knew of WMAC in its earliest stages. We became involved with the Junior Olympic Program (JOAD) just about a year ago. The coaches have been great about guiding us clueless parents through the process of feeding our child's passions. His coaches are so kind, and so patient. They obviously love the kids, the sport, and the center. Since the program is entirely volunteer run, the coaches and all of the helpers are there simply because they like to do it, and want to encourage others to love the sport as well. How exciting! A program build around passion. The center is brand new (since April, I think) so it is beautiful and pristine. We're extremely happy with the entire program and would recommend the JOAD program without hesitation!
