The seats were comfortable, and the ride was very smooth--I didn't feel much shaking at all inside the Ferris wheel. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience with great views of the city.

After we checked into our hotel, we wandered down to the Port of Montreal and checked out the waterfront, museums and La Grande Roue de Montréal. It reminded us of the Big Eye in London. The Grand Roue (French for "Big Wheel") is 60 meters, or nearly 200 feet tall, so the top of the wheel is like standing on the roof of a 20-story building. You get a gorgeous 360° panoramic view of the city as you lazily make three revolutions on the wheel inside one of their 42 comfortable and modern (just built in 2017) gondolas. We got a beautiful view of some of the area's attractions- Old Montréal, Jacques-Cartier Park, Mount Royal, the Saint Lawrence River and in the distance the remnants of 1967's Montreal Expo World's Fair. It was nostalgic when I realized that I had been there 58 years ago. Our adult ticket cost C$32.19 each with tax and miscellaneous charges.

Now what more can I say about this park other than it is very under appreciated and strikingly beautiful in it's own unique way! The rides here are what they are some of the coasters are nothing short of incredible as Goliath is one of the best hyper coasters in North America and Le Monster is also a very fun wooden coaster with a unique layout wit some really fun laterals that are sure to throw you out of your seat! The backdrop to this park is a huge bridge that connects two different parts of Montréal making for a beautiful sight anywhere in the park! The food here is super good for a Six Flags Park like some of the things I had here are better than anything I've had anywhere else in the chain which is a total plus as who doesn't like yummy park food when your paying that price for it! Overall this really is an amazing park with lots of awesome qualities and after hearing about that fireworks competition that they hold it's on my list to get back here at some point because that just sounds amazing so with that said are you when I see you again La Ronde!

The beauty and artistry of these pyrotechnics are some of the best I've seen. Especially the grand finale. You can buy the entry for the show inside La Ronde amusement park for about $CDN 65 or watch it for free at many points around the city.

This small theme park makes folk tales come to life with Alice in Wonderland walking around in the flesh along with the White Rabbit. There's also Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White and the Queen of Hearts! There's about 50 things to interact with such as theme expositions, carnival rides, entertainers, animal farm and the such. The entertainment are mostly teens with summer jobs but they are very kind and sweet on the kids and do a very good job. They perform a show every 30 minutes and spend their time walking around their areas entertaining kids. It's sorta magical but I would assume it gets a little boring for them. Hopefully they rotate positions! I'd say this place will keep you busy anywhere between 2 to 3 hours. Two adults and a 3 year old set me back about $56 + taxes. Decent value. The food does leave to be desired, for a place with so many kids I would have appreciated more food options instead of 2 food areas with generic hots dogs and burgers.... an effort in this regard would be appreciated. The coffee joint and ice cream joint were closed and left the whole the on-site amenities somewhat to be desired. The park is nice but could use some love, the paths are dates and the whole area looks like it needs some maintenance.

All I know, I saw many things that opened my eyes and no staff were anywhere in sight. I think I saw a pair of staff in the whole kid playing area of over 100+ kids and I was beside myself with all the children running everywhere with no monitors/parents in sight. 8+ kids in a small trampoline enclosure bouncing on each other, many kids crying all over the after sustaining a battle wound... and at one point 2 kids of about 3 years old running full throttle into each other while looking behind them... with the most fascinating meat smacking sound and car wreck in pieces on the floor afterwards. I tried hard not to laugh, it was comedy gold I tell you! Don't worry after a few tears they were running around as if nothing happened. Some places in here also smelled weird, with the occasional whiff being breathed in from some long lost tragedy that happened in this place. My mind wandered...what caused this smell? How long ago did it happen? Why am I still smelling this today? Did they survive the ordeal? So many questions... They also have an arcade and it's pretty ancient with the original NBA Jam from the early 90ies where most parents here today were around the age of the kids running around today. The biggest tragedy of this place though is that it still requires 4 tokens to play a full game. Insane! There's a small snack bar station for parents inclined to feed their child some fast food or more sugar for whatever reason. I came here for a birthday party, it was OK, it was free and got to hang with friends, so that was cool. I can see myself coming back here on day and not by choice. :)

It is in a huge building with lots of room, and they have rooms specifically for the parties. There is a space specifically for feeding babies and also for changing tables. Trampolines, rock climbing wall, bouncy house and the rest of the playgrounds feel like they're five storeys high. Your children are also always secure. They have made sure that their check in and check out procedures have the kids leave with who came with and cannot leave without their guardian present. The luge only happens from noon-2pm, so plan accordingly. It was SO fun. You first select your helmet. Then you take the specific gondola up to the start of the track. You basically get a 2 second tutorial on how to brake, then off you go! The first minute, there are some stops and turns before they let you start on the real track. It's really cool because you're pretty high up so you get a view to your left. Then you wind through some forests on the side. I think I was surprised by how fast you can go, but also how well the plastic vehicles handle. Just be careful. I got a douchebag who veered past me just as we were about to enter a slow zone with road blocks. He almost collided with me. I stopped to let him through. In any case, the course takes about 5 minutes, but it's actually surprisingly satisfying because of the many turns. You pay $12 I think for the first run, but you can do it many times for a discounted price. Honestly, it's kind of scary, and I'm not sure I would let a 10 year old on this thing.

They would not reimburse us our money ( we were willing to pay for the 3 persons that was in the car racing). we've been there all but 15 min, time to walk back and listen to the rules. We had to race separately as they could not fit us in the same race level, they pulled my youngest a second time after he was sitting in the car for the same reason, they have put him, again, in a race that was not his age group/category.
