For instance, he found a little moisture in the basement. Instead of just telling me to look to mold remediation, he pointed out that that expert ought to be a basement sealing specialist. This provided an opportunity to reach out over a period of time, especially considering that the challenge might be drainage above-ground, including eaves, instead of just within the confines of the basement.
