They have a dog park, swimming pool, and no smoking rooms which helps me because I'm allergic to smoking..lol They were very welcoming to me and my service dog, they even have signs in the room telling people to not smoke in rooms. The RV park is behind the motel. Check-in at the motel office was courteous and friendly. There was some confusion after we set up. Another RVer showed up and said we were in their site. He wasn't happy that we wouldn't move but it wasn't our mistake. The person that checked us in accidentally put us in the wrong site. Oh well. Mostly long term but their sites are neat and tidy. The interior roads and sites are concrete which is great. They could be a bit wider and longer. We had to park the toad in extra parking as it wouldn't fit in the site. There was also a picnic table on a concrete pad. Out pull thru site was mostly level - it was just a bit low in the back. There is decent spacing between sites but no privacy. The water spigot is insulated, and the sewer is in a recessed concrete space which is nice. They are very specific about how the sewer hose is placed - it is not allowed on the grass. They also pick up trash at your site in the morning which is always appreciated. WiFi works really well ... when it works. You get dropped a lot. Satellite shouldn't be a problem. There are many startling, loud, souped up pickup trucks inside and outside the park. A huge Citgo plant is a couple miles away, and it seems many workers live here. Trains can be heard off in the distance sometimes more obvious than others. Oddly, a couple of times we had people talking right next to our RV early in morning 6ish. What the?!?!? Our site was also right by a speed bump that didn't slow anyone down. It just made an ear-splitting sound as they banged their car/RV/truck over it. We would stay here again for a night despite all the noise - although we'd ask for a site away from the overlooked speed bump. read more

Came back for the month of December in 2021 and loved it! We enjoy fishing on the campground pond, the friendly atmosphere, morning coffee and better wifi this year that last. This is definitely our home when we come to this part of Louisiana. I might have nicked a little off the perfect score for the bathrooms which are nice but not always cleaned as often as I would prefer. Other than that, the laundry room, exercise area and pool were all lovely. read more

This is a great little park that is well kept. Level concrete pads, clean bathroom/showers, 2 pools - 1 for adults only; a workout room and places for large family or friends gathering and a fishing pond. We enjoyed out stay and would come back again. read more

This rv park has changed its name. It is now known as Beyonder Resort Cajun Moon. For the most part it is a nice resort with many sites surrounding a pond. The person in the office was very nice. Our only complaint was that there was a subtle vibration running through our RV. We checked everything in our RV including disconnecting our house batteries and unplugging from shore power to see if it would stop but the vibration continued. We walked the park to try to find the source of the vibration but no luck. It was very annoying. read more

My husband I have stayed at the RV park before and it was really nice. We had to make a quick trip here for work so we decided we would stay at the motel. It was only for a few nights right?? when I walked in the room I was real skeptical about staying there in the first place the beds and pillows were horrible and the floor was dirty. When I got up the next morning found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. i was like maybe it really wasn't what I was seeing. So when we returned from work and I looked on the wall there was one by the door another on the wall by the tv. On a positive note they did refund us the money for what would have been the remainder of our stay. read more

This is a really nice rv park. Love that it's all concrete makes it really clean. Also the yard maintenance is awesome one of the cleanest I've ever stayed at. Has 2 pools, one for kids and family, wish it was shaded a bit more but nice w a little wading area for the babies. And then an adult only pool, more like a lazy river shape w out the flow but really nice and shaded too which is awesome. Gym is nice, laundry is nice and grounds are some of the best I've ever seen. They have an over flow parking area too for cargo trailers and stuff that's nice if needed. read more

Nice RV park- only stayed one night. Lots of full time residents. Great fishing pond no license needed. Owner very attentive. Would definitely recommend. Nice concrete pads. We have a big rig at 65 feet towing the trailer and had plenty of room. Only complaint is that no kids allowed in the hot tub- kids section closed for the season. read more

Love this RV park. It has all the amenities any RVer could wish for. The park is very clean, well spaced with grass between units. They have two pools and a hot tub, plus a fenced dog park. Not very far to walmart and grocery stores. The office staff is very kind and helpful. We definitely will stay here again. read more

Spend a night, not a fortune. Nice RV park with a pool, gym, fishing lake and more. It's about 2 miles off of I-10. There are 134 RV sites and about half are pull-thrus. The staff is friendly and the office is open 24/7. The sites are large with a concrete pad for parking and a concrete pad with a table. Each site has a charcoal grill. Cable TV is included with a decent selection of channels. read more

One of the nicest parks I have ever stayed in. The people are friendly, they have a really nice new gym, two pools (one is for adults only), hot tub, two laundry facilities, garbage site pick up daily, on site propane filling station, stocked pond with cleaning station. And it's all concrete! First choice if ever I'm in this area again! A Plus RV truly lives up to its name. It gets an A+ from me! read more

What a great spot for staying in the Lake Charles/Sulphur area. All their amenities are very nice. Spaces are level and the park is quiet. Mariah was very helpful making out reservation. Great location to visit the many wildlife refuges in the area. Fishing is very convenient to the park. The park is neat and clean. Don't miss Richards Boudin and seafood restaurant. read more

We first thought that an RV Park combined with a Motel would be a run down and dirty. Boy were we wrong. This RV Park was well groomed and had full hook-ups including major cable TV and free Wi-Fi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had to wait out a major storm the day we were to leave and didn't want to move until it passed us be. Their attitude was "stay here and be safe" until the storm passes. Each site has ample yard area and we felt at $45 it was a bargain. Would Definitely stay here again. read more

I would give 5 stars, but grass needed to be mowed, had lots of ant piles and camper residents drive too fast through the campground, scary with kids and pets. read more

Me and my husband have been coming here for years. And we have liked it until Samantha got hired. She is always talking about someone. She told us how Mike is a drunk and how she does a better job than him or how she always does his job. We think mike is wonderful. He has never showed us any reason not to like him. I just think she needs to go.... we aren't coming back til she is gone... she was way to rude to us... but besides that we love the place. read more

We just left this campground. Have to say it was one of the nicer campground we stayed at during this trip. The sites had concrete pads And were well-maintained, with plenty of room for our 40' fifth wheel. The same goes for the road and the campground itself. It had all the amenities, including two pools - one adults only! Easy access to interstate 10, far enough off the road so it was nice and quiet, get close enough to restaurants, gas stations, drugstores. Would definitely stay here again! read more

Beautifully maintained RV park. The staff are wonderful and the owner has gone out of his way to make this the best RV park in the area. The two pools (1 for families, 1 for 18+) are well kept, the grounds are maintained every week, and the two laundromats are kept in good order. Lots of large pull through and back in sites along with plenty of overflow parking. There is a nice motel onsite so there is staff in the office 24 hrs. I am very satisfied with this RV park and recommend it to anyone who asks! read more

Rv park was poorly maintained while we stayed there for 2 mnths...mike the mgr...was very biased to other campers...and the grass barely got cut twice during my stay...wouldnt recommend a long stay there...maybe just a pit stop ...the road coming into it is horrible...and the facilities were never cleaned there read more
