Can you believe that it cost us $10 every time we need to use the rest room! Our RV has a fully functional rest room we just like the convenience of it. NOT ANYMORE! If you expect to shower everyday plan on paying $300 more a month on top of monthly rent, that is also constantly increasing! Instead of treating the people who pay them nicely it's as is the residence are burdens for them. Price changes happen with no notice from one month to the next. Everything about customer service is nonexistent with these people.

There is a huge dock to fish on or just hangout. The fishing is awesome and we usually catch several daily. The park has aluminum boats free for residents use. WiFi is free as well. The owners, manager, and all tenants are very friendly and helpful. We evacuated for Tropical Storm Imelda and they helped us every step of the way. This truly is an absolute slice of paradise. Just minutes from all local refineries including Sabine Pass. Public dove hunting lands less than 2 miles, hog hunting, and duck hunting. There is a golf course less than 5 miles from the park.
