On day one, one of this crew (3-man) sat in the truck 99% of the time; claiming he hadn't gotten enough sleep the night before. Told Brandon to purchase plants and we specified which plants were desirable; he didn't purchase a single plant we requested. Most of the plants he bought - that we paid for - and that he planted died with 10 days.....and, yes, we were watering them. We should have run away as soon as we read his unprofessional, unclear contract...a hot mess.
