When I first visited the Webster store a few months ago, Jennifer H was the salesperson who spent over an hour with me going over carpet options for our bedrooms. I could not make a decision at that time and decided to do more research and cost comparison. I returned a few weeks later and spoke to another salesperson who was just as patient and knowledgeable and helped me with answering my questions and offered to have Jennifer contact me because she was out that day. True to their promise, Jennifer contacted me and offered to bring samples of the carpet I was considering for an in home consultation. Jennifer is the best!! She is so patient and sweet. She spent so much time helping me make sure I picked the perfect color scroll carpet for our master bedroom. I would highly recommend My Flooring America to everyone. I price compared with several companies and found their prices to be the best and their salespeople are awesome! I never felt pressured to buy the most costly carpet- in fact, I was recommended a less costly option for our young daughter's bedrooms that was just as nice. They seem to genuinely make their customers best interest a priority and I truly appreciated this-ESPECIALLY during this long, stressful rebuilding process. The LVP we placed throughout the home has already begun peeling and warping despite caring for the floor as instructed. We went with this company for the 'lifetime warranty' on the products and installation and they are now not honoring the warranty. We've been given the run around for almost a year now and had multiple inspectors from the flooring manufacturer (Mannington) out to our home, only for them to lie and say the flooring experienced excessive moisture for prolonged periods and that is why it failed. That is absolutely not true and was their cop out to not stand behind their products. Run away from this place!

Helped us with every modification, delay status (if any), sampling & whatever extra education was needed to get the job complete beyond what was expected. Tim has been selling flooring in the Seabrook area for over 30 years. Before him, his dad was selling flooring. they're a floorfam. The place is not the flashiest or even most organized showroom, but Tim will hook you up. If you bring a sample/quote from any big box store he will work his behind off to match carpet type and price - and you can get your flooring FAST. Tim calls the carpet/flooring mills while you're sitting there, to find out when he can get the carpet you want. Tim actually had installed flooring in our house before the big box store even returned my call for a quote! It was hilarious when we told them we had already installed carpet, and they couldn't believe we could do that anywhere in less than 10 days. Tim CAN!

As far as price goes, I cannot speak to that because I did not shop around to compare. Service overall was average, did not feel the same fuzzy feeling with other staff as I did with Gwen. Im soley giving this 5 star rating because of Gwen, she had very good customer service, called me every once in awhile to follow up but was not over-bearing, but when she was not there, I didnt get the same level of service. Floors for Living - Extremely Disappointed and Still No Resolution…read more I don't normally write reviews, but I feel I have no choice after everything we've been through with Floors for Living. When our floors were first installed, I noticed they were already bowing up. I raised my concerns with the manager, explaining that the subfloor wasn't properly leveled. He reluctantly came out to inspect and assured me the floors were fine and covered under warranty if issues ever arose. At about a year and a half, the floors started to separate badly. The edges cracked and broke off, exposing sharp plastic that cut the feet of my 3- and 7-year-old children. The seams are now so raised that they pinch the bottom of your feet when stepped on. Despite the obvious safety hazard, no one from Floors for Living would respond until I physically went into the store. They eventually sent someone out--but it was just a subcontractor. He cut out a few planks from the middle of the floor, snapped some photos, and left. I never heard anything back. Later, a third-party inspector--sent by the flooring manufacturer, not Floors for Living (and without my knowledge)--came to inspect. He was professional and knowledgeable and ultimately confirmed exactly what I had said from the beginning: the subfloor wasn't properly leveled before installation. Since then, I've tried repeatedly to get answers. I've called and texted Adrian, who has done his best to help, but he's clearly not getting any support from management. I've been told for weeks that the District Manager, Sterling, would call me "tomorrow." That call has yet to come. The store manager, Adam, hasn't even reached out once. This entire experience has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. More importantly, it's unsafe. I would expect the safety of customers--especially children--would be a top priority. Sadly, based on my experience, that doesn't seem to be the case. Floors for Living, I'm still hoping for a resolution.

I came in the store and asked for a quote for laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms. I picked out a flooring type and the lady said she would send me a quote. She sent me a quote for just a total of $5250.00 with no details. Just a texted total! I said can you send me a formal quote with type of flooring picked out, model, square footage included, trim needed and lead time to get started. I received a email with the body of the email typed out with the square footage and name brand of the flooring. No breakout or itemized quote just a total once again. I called the store and spoke with the owner and he said if "If I wanted to do business with them that I would come in person and they would "verbally" tell me everything but couldn't give a formal quote". This place is sketchy at best. Steer clear!

Fact: Not told that the carpet would be delivered - not to the store, but to their other location 15 miles away. Fact: When the carpet came in, the seller said she would contact the upholsterer who was going to pick up the carpet. Never happened. It seems to us there is only one person authorized to handle the sales/service in the store. If she's not there, it doesn't happen. The woman had personal issues and wasn't there half the time we called - and didn't follow through on what she said she'd do. Fact: We won't be back.
