I chose the 90 minute facial which included a couple of bonus add on's at no additional $$. I have been to quite a few 5 star resort spa's, and Amazing Face is far superior! They even sent me home with a 1st timer, gift bag! What other salon does that...such an unexpected touch.

They were both so sweet and explained everything they were doing. At the beginning of the service they did a consultation to help us target the facial to our problems better. I told Nella that I had some issues with discoloration and oily skin and I could tell that she really focused on those things. We both had a wonderful glow and amazingly smooth skin after the services. It was both of our first facials and we will definitely be back for more!

The tox injections I paid nearly $1000 for were useless. Very, very minimal results and the results…read moreI did get were uneven. I got full face and neck injections two months ago. They offer to touch up areas that you're not happy with within a certain period of time. I notified them well within that timeframe. I waited the 21 days that I was advised to wait for results. When the results did not come I began calling them to get in for my touchup, or to find out why I was getting no results. I called them 4 times post treatment to try to get a resolution. However, the front desk told me on two separate phone calls, that they felt I just needed to give it more time and that my injector was not available, but they would have someone call me back. No one ever called me back. The third phone call I made I was a little more assertive, I got put on hold and then disconnected. By this time, my touchup window had about ended. The last time I called, I asked to speak to someone regarding the matter, again, the front desk began to give me the runaround. At that time, I canceled my membership with them, and advised that I would be notifying the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, and I would post reviews on any review site I could find. The girl at the front desk laughed and advised me that she would cancel my membership, and then hung up on me. DO NOT waste your money. I have since gone to a different provider, just two months after spending almost $1000 on injections, and got amazing results. Now I understand why they have operated under more than one business name.

I just met Dr. Cynthia and had a special rejuvenation treatment done by her!…read more I really found her to be VERY knowledgeable about the special treatments that (quickly) rejuvenated my skin. She explained how the treatment will continue to build collagen & elastin over the next 8 weeks. She provided post -op instructions verbally as well as Next Steps for best results. She's also very gentle! No pain during the procedure, no bruising... nada! It only looks like I lost 10+ yrs off my face. I'm so happy and recommend Glow Method in Surprise, AZ.

It is very sad to know that a business conducts themselves this way but here we are. I had…read morescheduled to get the lipo service at my first consultation. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.

But unfortunately had to cutdown that one star as we went there for microneedling and as they didn't had necessary equipment available, we were asked if we are ok with hydrafacial and was told it's the same benefits. We were ok with it. But after coming back did a little research and found out that hydra needling is not effective and last longer results compared to microneedling when it comes to anti aging which is the main reason for our visit. Other than that, we got our procedures done from Jennifer and Kylie and both were amazing.
