The unsolicited medical advice that a nurse does not need. Not only that if you use insurance she's not in the same tier as Tate or O'Donnell so her copay is more.... Yet you'll never know that. So not only will you have a fraudulent appointments on top of that you'll get charged double the usual copay. All she needed to do was apologize and own up to her mistake. If at any moment she would have said I'm making this an appointment I would have immediately hung up and wasted my time at an urgent care. It's embarrassing as a nurse to know this is how a nurse practitioner chose to behave and treat patients. Find yourself a provider that wants to help you cause it's not her. Due to standing up for myself as O'Donnell encouraged me to do so, Sarah kicked me out. This was after being told several times they would talk and that Sarah would reach out to me. I've since found a new place that isn't ran by a shady person. It's a shame since Tate and O'Donnell were great but unfortunately when Tate is not in it's Ingram covering and this is the kind of problems to expect.
