If I could give 6 stars I would, and I cannot believe I'm saying that because I have been very…read moreskeptical about RLT ever since my good friend told me about this and the seemingly endless benefits it could have on so many parts of the body, she swears by it. So when I was injured at work and my chiropractor and my massage therapist only made me worse. Medication is so addictive and bad for you but I was basically desperate, so I decided to look into it and becoming very hopeful and excited about the research and testimonials I began to look for the best place, however after being what can only be described as "ripped off" by the "facility" I found after many empty promises and actually being injured by the first RLT Operator, I spent 1000s and wasted 3weeks I was no better at all. Ready to give up I got a call from my friend who I mentioned earlier told her about my awful experience and she all but begged I tried her spot, that's when I met Tamara and my life actually changed and I noticed a very big difference after my first session which by the way was LESS THAN 1/2 the price as others and she immediately knew what I needed and exactly how to help me. She is so gentle and kind and her energy is so so so positive, her equipment was immaculate and looks almost new she never double books so she can personally attend to me, my mind is made, RLT is some kind of god send and he sent Tamara to provide it. I can go on for hours, so I'll just say this, do YOURSELF A FAVOR and just go to the best and learn from my experiences look no further than "T's Touch". God bless and get well

Date of visit: Tuesday May 12,2026…read more I came to this ER in severe pain after several days of constipation caused by post‑surgery antibiotics. I was embarrassed and miserable, but the woman at the front desk was compassionate and made me feel safe. I wish the rest of the visit had matched her level of care. Despite explaining that I had already tried laxatives and a suppository at home, I was given the same treatments again, which did not help. Eventually, the staff decided to manually remove the stool. During that procedure, the provider performing it inserted his gloved hand into my vaginal area. This was the same glove being used for the extraction. I immediately reacted, and he quickly said he was "just checking," but it did not feel appropriate, explained, or medically justified. It left me feeling violated, disgusted, and extremely worried about infection. Afterward, I was handed wipes and left alone to clean myself. I left the ER feeling humiliated, shaken, and honestly traumatized. I've debated writing this review because it's personal and embarrassing, but what happened was not okay. Patients deserve dignity, clear communication, and boundaries -- especially during vulnerable procedures. I hope this review leads to better training and oversight. The front desk staff was excellent, but the clinical care I received was unacceptable.

She has a medical…read morecondition that requires periodic replenishment of certain minerals, and by the afternoon she was clearly struggling. We were worried and hoping to find someone who could help without putting her through a long and miserable trip to an urgent care or ER. We reached out to The IV Guy AZ, and what happened next completely restored our faith in compassionate medical care. Billy answered the phone personally, listened carefully to the situation, and immediately understood the urgency. Even though it was late on a Saturday night, he treated our situation with genuine concern and professionalism. Within a short time he arranged for one of his paramedics to come directly to our home. John, the paramedic Billy sent, was exceptional. From the moment he arrived he was calm, professional, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, carefully assessed our daughter's symptoms, and administered the IV treatment with skill and confidence. It was obvious that he had extensive experience starting IVs and caring for patients, and his reassuring bedside manner made a stressful situation feel manageable. Within a short time the hydration and minerals began to help, and our daughter started feeling dramatically better. What could have been a long night in a waiting room instead became a comfortable recovery in our own home. What impressed us most was the human side of the care. Billy's responsiveness over the phone and John's professionalism in person made it clear that this team truly cares about the people they serve. Mobile IV therapy services bring licensed medical professionals directly to patients' homes to administer hydration and nutrient infusions, which can help relieve symptoms of dehydration and illness without a hospital visit. In a world where medical care often feels rushed and impersonal, Billy and John reminded us that great healthcare still exists. If you ever find yourself needing hydration therapy or urgent IV treatment at home, we can recommend The IV Guy without hesitation. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine compassion made a difficult evening turn into a positive experience for our family. Thank you Billy and John for taking such good care of our daughter.
