Been a minute since I played pool/billiards. And in looking for a spot we came across Beyond Billiards one thing that stood out was how clean the place looked. And yes it was clean inside. So when we walked in the bartender greeted us and when we told her it's our first time in there she was very welcoming to explain a couple of things to us. She even walked us to our table. Admittedly I didn't play to well but that didn't take away from the great experience. The bar runners were also cool. Always asking if we needed anything. We ordered food too that was good too. Hubby and I went to play a few games of pool. First time here, loved the ambiance and the choice of music that night was great. Oh yeah, and I WON!! But uumm, the food, a hit and miss. If you're looking for a nice date night or just a relaxed environment to play pool, beyond billiards is you're place to go. Most sports bars or pool halls are filed with smoke, loud music and obnoxious patrons but beyond billiards is a lot better. It's fairly easy to secure a table and the hostess was really nice. I believe it's more for veteran players but I play sparingly and had a great time. The food was really good and the pool hall is spacious and clean. It's enough space to have conversation, play pool while not interfering with the table next to you. I highly recommend beyond billiards to anyone looking to step out and play a game of pool in a nice environment. read more

Such a chill spot, great for a date night or with a few friends. I've been coming here for about 10 years and it's always been a good time. However much more pleasant now that it's no smoking. Service time is pretty average but staff is always friendly. Food is delicious unlike most pool/arcade spots. Drinks are made strong. Smoke free is the way to be. Always dreaded going to pool halls because of bad smoke smells but this placw is super clean. I was even impressed by how amazing the soaps smell in the bathroom. For pool experience, they have a great selection and amount that every party can be safely distanced away from each other and also another great part is that you can enjoy all sports on the many TVs around the bar. Watched the Miami Heat, Florida Panthers, and WWE all in one night. This is the best looking pool rooms I've been to. The staff is friendly and attentive, food is amazing from the flatbreads to the burgers, everything is great! I ended up at Beyond Billiards after a failed attempt at another pool hall. I am so happy that that other pool hall was not open and that I ended up here! The first thing you notice is definitely how clean it is. It is very spacious with good quality materials. Cool lighting and it even has a ping pong section! Apparently they are transitioning due to new management, so they are still working on the kinks of the specials & menu. Our server/bartender Sergio, was super kind, super helpful, and made the experience even better than it already was. The manager James was also incredible and as a first time customer he even gave me a discount on my final bill!! I am definitely coming back and I cannot wait to see the final product once the transitioning of new management is complete. read more

I have been to this location once. This place is really cool. The environment is very comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. The bathrooms were clean and modern, especially the cool wooden sinks. The music selection is pretty random. Not sure if they have one of the modern jukeboxes. I want to rate at least 4 stars for facilities alone since the remodel. Service was one star at best. Came in around 10:30pm and asked what their hours were and was given a sarcastic "we close in ten minutes" response from Denise. If I was told that at a restaurant I would leave out of consideration for the staff as to not overstay. I clarified and was informed that they were open till 2, great! Got a table to play pool and set up to have a game. Waited five minutes and seeing a bartender and no other employees roaming the floor I went to the bar and asked if it was ok to order a pitcher at the bar and charge to my tab. Nice girl with purple hair(asked her name and forgot it) said of course, so I did so. Played until about 11:45 when our pitcher was empty and the rest of my party was asking about getting food but no service at our table although she had visited tables near us and spent time speaking to other guests. Went to the bar and Denise was there. Asked Denise if there was table service and was given a quick and sarcastic "No". I clarified and she said yes, however she was by herself(even though she had been to tables near us and given service) or so she claimed. I ordered another pitcher, but when leaving the bar noticed that our original bartender was playing pool with another guest and that there was an early thirties male wearing a beyond billiards shirt sitting at another guests table near the bar. Denise brought our second pitcher and did not ask if we wanted anything from the kitchen(although we were turned off by the service). Shortly after our beer arrived I noticed the purple haired bartender was serving other guests at the bar despite previous claims of being a solo employee. I began to question if Denise was honest in her claim to be by herself on a seemingly tame Wednesday night. We decided rather than run our tab up and chance being upcharged by an apparently dishonest employee to close out prior to playing another hour. When we were closing out I asked Denise if she was actually by herself, when I saw other employees walking around. She claimed that she was alone at that point(why would 2/3 of the wait staff be on break at once?). The male aforementioned approached the desk to see what was going on as his seemingly first effort at customer service in the last two hours and apologized as I explained my situation and dissatisfaction with the way that we are treated. I don't expect anything for myself, but hope others will get better service as the staff may be re-educated on proper customer service procedures and responses to simple questions. read more

The lighting , walls , bathrooms , everything has been redone and is absolutely great. Aside from it being a clean environment with a neat set up, I was not pleased with the lack of professionalism from the owner. I was enjoying my experience up until it was time for the tab to be paid. Before transitioning from playing pool to ping pong, the server explained how he charged another guest our tab. It was agreed on that we would pick up the bar tab from the guest he made a mix up on. He then clarified on what we would be expecting to pay following the game of ping pong. The owner checked us out as the server was attending to others. The price she given us was over $10 more then what the server said we'd be paying. She used her role as the owner to TRY to justify her doings in charging us an increased price. Instead of apologizing for the confusion and accommodating us in the way her server said , she spoke in a rude tone and cut my partner off as he was asking questions. She claimed to have "fix" the issue but failed to communicate this change beforehand as we were expecting to pay the other groups tab. She was aware on what the server did/told us & failed to follow through with what was told to us by her employee. It is unfair for paying customers to be spoken to rudely while having their money played with. I will not be coming here again. read more
