As a result, it can take months to resolve receiving supplies for a device you don't actually have, meanwhile the insurance is paying claims on those supplies. Physicians: Run, don't walk, away from this place. They have no concept of customer service. Despite arriving promptly at 3:20 PM and signing in, I was not called in to see the doctor. At 4:30pm I asked the receptionist if I was going to be called and she said that she didn't see me come in the office even though my name was on the sign-in sheet, therefore; the doctor could not see me for my in-person scheduled appointment because he doesn't see patients after 5:00pm. I was upset as I needed to go over my labwork since I hadn't been feeling good. In the past, I also had issues with billing. When I scheduled my initial physical exam, I begged them to bill it as preventive care as my insurance covers it 100%. They didn't, and I ended up with a big bill. When calling the billing department, the lady, Yvonne, was rude and hung up on me. For that physical exam, I waited 2 hours to be seen by the nurse practitioner. In other words, this First Family Medical Group Clinic is a real joke and I am not going back there again.
