Thank you to joe for the extra information about the deposit return very much appreciated even added more information than I needed thanks!

Oh BevMo how I love thee. It's my weakness. If you watch their deals and bring coupon off mailer you can do very well here. Beer prices are fair, wine prices are great on sale. Staff is always friendly and available to help you locate what your looking for. Great place! read more

I accompanied my wife to this location so she could purchase some limoncello. She grabbed the bottle and went to pay, I was only walking with her. When we got to the register, they asked for my ID as well. I explained to the clerk that lost my ID when I was overseas last week. I I told her I have a picture of both my CA state license and passport if that would help. They wouldn't sell my wife the alcohol, because I didn't have an ID. I would understand if I look young, but there is no way someone would mistake my for being under 21, not even close. I understand the idea behind this rule, but this is horrible execution. I even have a bevmo card that shows my purchases for the past 15 years!! I used to do all my shopping here, but will be doing my shipping elsewhere from now on. read more

I always find what I need here. What I like most is the unique bottles & gift sets they have here. The staff is very helpful & friendly. Their prices are a little higher on some items that I've gotten elsewhere. read more

Great people here! Let me use there restroom without a fuss. Great prices and extensive stock of liquor and more!

Very helpful staff. Huge selection of beer and wine. Prices are high but what do you expect.

Wow! Helpful much? I say that in a good way. Came here to pick up a few libations for co-workers for the holidays. When I headed for the whiskey section, a sales person swooped in and zeroed in on what I might be looking for. He made some suggestions, then went to help another customer. Not more than 30 seconds later, another sales guy came over to ask if I needed help. "Do you drink scotch?" I asked. Depending on how you look at it, I asked either the right or the wrong person. This guy DEFINITELY knew his scotch. I felt like I was in scotch school hearing him talk about the aging process, the difference between the low and highland scotches and on and on. His tutorial did help me make some informed decisions, with the slant of a salesperson, of course. Bevmo seems a bit more expensive than what you'll find at grocery stores, but the selection is fantastic. read more

Had to get a couple things here recently and then had to return an item. Both times the people were very helpful. It's so nice to shop in a store that is clean, organized and well stocked. I love being able to just pop in - find what I need and get out. Takes like 5 minutes and I am done. read more

I hate this BevMo for trying to order kegs. They advertise a 5 day lead time but only place orders on Sundays and Mondays. So if you call on a Tuesday you are looking at an 8-9 day lead time. They are always difficult to deal with on the phone as well. We like the Menifee store much better, they are always easier to deal with. Unfortunatley, I just found out the Menifee store is closing. read more

It's BevMo. What else is there to say!? The Staff here was super friendly :) read more

Friendly workers. Called ahead of time to save a few bottles of the game of thrones beer, and they grabbed us all different bottle labels. So sweet of them. I've purchase other things there as well. I like it. Will go if needed ;) read more

Warning! Do not buy bulk from this BevMo store for your party. They will not let you return it if you buy too much and they will not disclose this to you when you purchase it. Besides that the return policy on the receipt says nothing about no returns for over ordering. As well as the fact that the cashier and the manager were very rude to me about it. For any future parties or events that I have I will buy my alcohol from Costco. They have an excellent return policy and they're not rude either! read more

I have been here three times and every experience I have had here left me feeling absolutely enraged. Not ONCE was I greeted when I entered the store, and I stood on the Scotch aisle for about 5 minutes while three employees stood at the front of the store twiddling their thumbs. I looked at them, and they looked at me. No communication or care for their customers whatsoever. Every single time I have needed help here I have had to ask for it. In my previous experiences at the location in Temecula on Winchester, I have always been greeted when I walk through the door, and I am ALWAYS asked by an employee if I need help finding anything within the first couple of minutes of being on the floor. Also, the beers I want are never in the Murrieta store's cooler. Always warm, and the last time I went there I spoke with a rude employee that knew nothing about the product I was looking for. A Coconut Porter, but I had forgotten the name of the company. I even told him it was in a can, and he had a look on his face like he was trying to unlock a safe, and was beyond unhelpful. Bottom line, I will never go back to this location. They don't give a shit about their customers. read more

They have pretty much every type of alcoholic beverage you're looking for, coupled with friendly staff this is a go to for your drink of choice! read more

The manager was rude and degrading. No respect towards young women. I will not be coming here again.

no jack daniels 750ml on shelf, but would sell me one with a glass at a higher price. dont bother to go there, go to ralphs. its two dollars cheaper and you get glass. its not bevmo , more like bevless. really disappointed read more

Went yesterday with my brother, who is 23, and because I'm not 21 the cashier wouldn't allow him to buy the alcohol and claimed I wasn't allowed to be in there. Keep in mind they have a sign outside stating anyone under 21 can't come inside unless accompanied by an adult, which my brother is. The brunette cashier told us she "assumes" we both will be drinking it. Why? I've gone into BevMo numerous times with people over 21 including my parents and this didn't happen. The way she went about the situation and her ignorant assumption were unnecessary as I could've just left the store so my brother could make his LEGAL purchase. This was a hasty generalization of young individuals and it's ugly. There's other shops to get alcohol at, so don't ruin your day by coming here. read more

I love this place, and they're starting to know me by 1st name! Not sure if that's a good thing or not... Anywho, I absolutely love this place. You can find anything and everything you're looking for all in one spot, and their 5 cent wine sales are amazing. read more

Dearest BevMo, Please come to the North West!.. For those that haven't partook in the joyous occasion of creeping through aisle upon aisle of imported beers, liquor, and wine from around the world, my deepest apologies! Think of it as a Wal-Mart of booze. I love going to this place while visiting the family down south.. with selections ranging from your typical bud light to a 12% alcohol rated imported beer from countries I cant even begin to pronounce. I backed off on the 5th star due to the fact that they don't regularly stock my favorites from some microbreweries back home.... and did i mention, beer tasting nights! read more

I will never go back to this location. I went in with my mom and we were followed around the store by one of the workers (he has a man bun, don't know his name). My mom and I felt very uncomfortable as he was listening to all of our conversations and in every aisle we were in trying to look busy. Keep in mind I was just walking with my mom and keeping her company. When she went to check out the same man bun guy was VERY rude and stated that I needed to show ID as well. I didn't have my purse and I let him know that. He began to talk down to my mom and I and said he didn't care and couldn't sell alcohol to my mom who was buying it. There were no signs anywhere stating ID is required for EVERY person who walks through the door. Moral of the story, man bun guy would not sell to my mom because I didn't bring my purse into the store. He was very disrespectful and I felt very uncomfortable being in that store. We went to the Temecula location and it was awesome!! Employees were super sweet and guess what , only carded my mom because she was the one paying. DO NOT GO TO THE MURRIETA LOCATION. read more

Came in here last Friday to pick up a keg that my mom ordered over the phone. Joe was very helpful in getting the keg out to my car and helping me with the rest of my order. We ordered a keg last summer from them for our wedding without issue as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful here. read more

This location was very clean and well stocked. The staff gave great customer service. Not only did they answer the billion and one questions I asked, they took me to each area and showed me the item. The staff even explained that this location has weekly tastings. The person I spoke with just could not remember the times and directed to the internet. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend this location. read more

I was assigned a project at work to track down 30 bottles of Johnnie Walker and get them to a winery in Temecula. I work in LA, and this project became super complicated. Rena and Derick at this store managed to pull together the bottles I needed, when I needed them, and helped me get everything set up for pick up. Their communication was excellent, and they tolerated all my phone calls and silly questions. It's rare to get excellent customer service these days, so I really appreciated all the help! read more

Nice store, good prices. Cashier Ashley very courteous.

Good spot, -1 star for high cost of products but expected from a specialty store, other then that business is clean and meets needs.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is some staff are never in a good mood it seems like. Crap have a drink have fun you work at BevMo. I can always get the beer I want and they are never out. Change the service and you'll have a winner here. read more

This BevMo is awesome when it comes to putting items on hold or with special orders. A very clean and well stock place. Need more variety of craft beers especially coming from the west coast best coast in beers. read more

Beer tasting nite is so fun!! so many people show up to this!! The 'host' is awesome!!

David and Oscar were so great! I was looking for a Ginger beer and David walked me over to several selections and offered up what knowledge he had on the brands. Once at the register Oscar let us know about the tag sale where you buy one and get one for a nickle! Great service. Good prices and selections. read more

They don't even stay open till their posted hours, lol. That's lazy retail at its finest.

Great selection and friendly service! Everyone is always very helpful and they all seem to truly enjoy working there. Sign up for their club bev and get coupons emailed to you. It adds up when you're buying high end spirits. read more

What great service we had from the manger, he was so helpful and was pleased to answer all our questions. He suggested a Champagne for my friends wedding, and helped us with our order. I like that this bevmo was huge and clean with very friendly staff. read more

Yeah! Who doesn't love BevMo? OK, this is not a good place to hold an AA meeting or break up with your significant other. However, if you're looking for something with an alcohol volume of greater that 1% this is the place. OK, they don't have NyQuil but everything else with alcohol is at your fingertips. The wine selection is as big as Napa Valley, the beer section has everything but Duff from the Simpson's (as of last Saturday), the hard liquor section is a fraternity's Disneyland, and to top it off they have cigars, caviar, cheeses, bar ware, and more. C'mon, if this isn't as good as it gets what is? read more

I usually go to the location up in Cajalco Crossings near Corona, but BevMo does such a great job at staffing all of its stores. Knowledgable employees abound. My only knock is that most stores seem to have a heavier ratio of wine and beer and less on hard spirits. I'm still trying to figure out how they determine what booze to put under lock and key. Also wish that the BevMo card gave you something more than just 5% off your purchases. Ah the many mysteries of life! read more

Love this BevMo, they have such a great variety of drinks from all over the world and their staff is really friendly

Great prices with an excellent variety of beer and zinfandels = Shaun "D" is all about terrific customer service with their price match guarantee, O0h Rah! Siempre Fiel read more

What's not to like? Great selection, great customer service and usually I can get in and out pretty quick, that is if I don't get too distracted by all the different beers! read more

This is my go to store, a clean and full store. I love the craft beer section, they always have what I want or if I what to try new things this is the place. I've been to a lot of Bev Mos and this one is the cleanest, which is nice. I was looking for a new Stone beer and Dana helped me out and gave me ideas for some Food pairing to go with the beer, AWESOME. She must of been the manager because she knew this store very well, thanks for the help, Ill enjoy by TONITE as that was the Stone beer I bought. read more

Now this Bev Mo and Super Star Staff ROCKS! They know customer service and greets everyone coming thru the doors even when they're busy as heck. Kat, Derek, Ray and the rest of the crew is dynamic. This is my Go To Store fo sure. Keep up the great attitude! read more

Just went into this location, which I have gone to tons of times with out any problems, this time the check out lady was rude. I walked in with my husband and had help from a worker getting a bottle of alcohol out of the locked cabinet then the worker took the bottle to the register for us to check out. When we got to the register the lady then told us both of us had to be ID when I was the one making the purchase. I have always been told that as long as the other person doesn't touch the alcohol then they don't have to show their ID. We would have had no problem showing his if he had it with him which he didn't bring his wallet. I have been to the store multiple times and never has any person who hasn't touched the alcohol being purchased had to show their ID. I understand that we don't want to sell alcohol to underage kids but me and my husband are clearly of age in our mid 30s and have never once had a issue at this store. Needles to say they lost a loyal customer. I'm only giving them one star because you have to rate them something. read more
