I want to share how incredibly well organized our day was time wise and I really appreciated how our guide described the rides ahead of time so we could make informed decisions on whether or not to ride. Danny was such a lifesaver being our personal locker while we were on attractions SO I do recommend to not carry too much. He also was incredibly patient with our questions, potty breaks, and most importantly dealing with the kids! It was great having iced water available in a chest at all times for our convenience. Shout out to our parking valets Vince and Juan who made both check-in and check-out an absolute breeze! Thank you all for making my mom Lucia's birthday and my daughter Luna's first time at Universal Studios a magical day!

We got to go into the actual sets for Wheel of Fortune & Jeopardy! Pretty cool. We appreciate that we got to listen to details about how sounds are made (foley), where music gets recorded, and where voice recordings are done and how. But I noticed a lot of amazing upgrades from new and bigger buses to more LA stops and coverage. I see you "A Day In LA Tour" team! I just took my brother and his partner yesterday (Monday) and we all truly enjoyed it. Keoni (Kee) was our tour guide and driver; she did an amazing job! We learned a lot of historical and fun facts about LA! She even gave us great restaurant and store recommendations. We especially enjoyed being able to take a little nap after a great lunch and didn't have to worry about having to drive in the traffic and craziness. Lol. Kee was great at enduring that traffic and very accommodating in letting us know how much time we had to our next stop! Thanks Kee!! Oh and thanks "A Day In LA Tour" team for the parking recommendation as well. I was able to park in the garage the entire day for $20 and there was a Mcdonald's up the street we grabbed breakfast before checking in. Like I said in my previous review, I highly recommend this tour team and when my family visits I will bring them on this tour. Keep up the fantastic work and great upgrades (the AC vans, water, reclining seats, and USB ports to charge my cellphone are a brilliant upgrade). I will definitely be back! Thanks again for giving us a fantastic day in LA.

Sorry but there are little to no inter transit bus connections to other agencies. This is a very fast bus because the frequency is very good. This bus can be very crammed at times but luckily because frequency is good there are other buses of the same route nearby. You don't have to work yourself up if one vehicle is crowded. If you are a tourist this is your bus to go to different points of interests all the way the way to Santa Monica beach. They no longer have the 920 because it is long gone. The Rapid 720 is the east-west artery that gets me from my residence near Beverly and Wilshire to most spots, especially Union Station downtown (via a connection at either the Wilshire/Western or Wilshire/Vermont Metro stations). There are lots of homeless and weirdos on this particular line, but you will get the hang of it once you ride it regularly. Until the Wilshire/Rodeo station opens in 2025, this is the best we've got. If anyone makes you uncomfortable, sit as close to the front of the bus and the driver as possible. The bus drivers are told to allow/ignore fare evaders, which I think is a foolish policy, but there's nothing I can do about that. The Rapid 920 was a super-limited service which they have since discontinued and are unlikely to resume given that they're building new stations as far west as the VA anyway. Download the Metro app if you haven't already. That allows you to know exactly when a bus is coming. Hey, it's not perfect, but it works.

Vladimir, the shuttle driver was excellent, the staff at the car drop off/ pick up were also very courteous and professional. Considering the insanely high rates at other places, AC Hotel offers very reasonable pricing. They also have a great system in place. When I dropped off my car, they text me instructions in how to request a shuttle when I returned. Upon my return, I arrived at the red marked hotel shuttle area and sent a text to request pick up. I waited 10 minutes at terminal 7 for the shuttle to arrive and a 5 minute drive to AC hotel to retrieve my car. That truly cannot be beat. A tip Vladimir gave me was to request the shuttle at terminal 1/2 or 6/7, to avoid the wait of going all the way around lax (and the nightmare of the international terminal). This is completely sound advice, as the shortcuts are at 2 and 6. 10/10 highly recommend.

No worries about finding or paying for parking. No traffic stress. I've been to 13 games this season and all but one were on the DS Express! I wouldn't watch as many games if I had to drive. Drivers are courteous. Negatives- It never comes on time. I've waited a number of times for the first bus (5:05 from Harbor station) and it arrives at maybe like 5:23. They are every 20 min so it arrives when the second bus should. Since most people seem to start their journey at the Harbor Transit Center in Gardena, even that first bus is often standing room only. If you're okay with standing for 45 min or so, it's not a big deal. But I hate to think how packed buses are that leave closer to game time. When the game ends, there can be a delay in leaving if you're not on the first bus. Fewer people use the Harbor bus as opposed to Union Station. So they'll wait until the subsequent buses are full before they'll leave. The worst was 30 minutes. Once it actually didn't stop or even slow down at the Harbor Freeway green line station. They're supposed to stop at Slauson, Manchester, Harbor Freeway, and Rosecrans. The driver told me I hadn't done a stop request. They said I should take the silver like bus back to the green line and it ran once an hour. As it was getting dark and it seemed like a sketchy area, I had to call my father to pick me up. Every other bus driver before and since stopped at every stop or asked if anyone were getting off. The people who ride it are nice.
