When the hygienist called us back, her demeanor was so friendly and fun that my daughter thawed towards her more than she does most. She let my baby play with all of the tools we would be using which calmed her down and also made her less afraid of them once they were actually in use. When the dentist came out she was equally as friendly and informative, and had a relaxed nature that I really appreciated. My daughter let her, and the hygienist, do whatever they wanted!
